Elizabeth weeks was very nice and considerate and I enjoyed working with her! She was on time, and very considerate to my needs although she didnt know all the answers, according to the purchase agreement unfortunately.

Was told last Minute that I would have a mobile notary come to my house to have me sign for the house that I’m buying . He was supposed to be showing at 7:30 PMAnd he never showed up, never called, never apologized. Would never do business with this place again

Ive always had a great experience with Elizabeth Weeks. Not every title officer at a company is created equal. You shouldnt judge a whole company based on one bad experience with one employee.Thank you Chicago title for being on top of every transaction weve done.

I was buying a lot in my name and they tried to force my wife to be involved. The close was in 4 days. I told them that I did not want her involved (she is ill and needs to focus on recovery) and to set up the close with my name only. They said it was a law that she had to sign papers. This was a lie! No law exists that my wife had to be party to this purchase. It was their policy. After telling them twice that I did not want my wife involved, they said they would hold up the close until she signed. Such arrogance! Such pigheaded and ignorant people that think they own you! These people have no respect for their customer and are ignorant of the law. I advise you run from these people as they should not even be in business with their attitude of control.

Horrible horrible experience. Very rude and unprofessional escrow officers, leaving clients to feel upset and dissatisfied.

They have horrible communication. They only return your call when they need something. Paperwork is sub par. Rude when they demand things from you. If you have a choice use another title agency.
