Ramco is a unequal opportunity employer and they discriminate people, my friend got a position there and was treated differently than others that held the same possition. It was a high paying position, the scam of it was, you have to be in that position all day to get paid the highest pay, everyday the last hour of work they would remove him from that position and put him in a low paying position so that they dont have to pay the higher wage. He thought he had dont something wrong and had not, and asked why he was being put a low paying wage position everyday the last hour, immediately fired, and hes over whelmed about what happens because he quit his other job for this job and now is suffering looking for a job. Bad company dont work there unless you dont mind being mistreated.

Yes a very bad company to work for my friend also just got a position and he said, going into the position, everyone mentioned, it was the hardest job and paid 25cents more and was fired over, a misunderstanding on behalf of the two 5foot supervisors that asked him to wait out front and never came back out to say anything, they made an excuse and said he abandoned the job. Was treated differently and unfair.

This place right here is terrible. How the workers are still here is amazing they are really lazy.

Gave my friend his Jeep back with no water in the radiator and it overheated on the way home. His fuses were all jacked up and guess what? No windshield wiper fluid. How disappointing :(
