My 5 year old has been attending classes with Master Paul for a year. The classes have helped my son grow on many levels. Master Paul works very hard with the kids to teach them discipline, self control, maturity, and, to have respect for mom and dads rules. Master Paul also knows how to connect well with my son in order to build his confidence. I am very thankful that I found My Focus Taekwondo. My son loves his class, his classmates, and Master Paul.

My son has been training with Master Paul for over a year, now towards a 3rd degree. As a 5th degree black belt, Master Paul is able to impart a depth of knowledge to students training from white belt and beyond. He teaches not only the skill of martial arts, but emphasizes the character, community, and discipline that is equally as important. He is an example of patience and humility and a wonderful role model to his students. It is in a safe part of town, the dojang is new and very clean, and classes are well planned out and organized. The communication regarding events ect is very good. I am so grateful to have a gem of a dojang here!! This is an amazing place to train.
