Professor Eric & Co. are incredible teachers. Ive only been there for a few weeks and it has already helped me in my outside life. It requires commitment but the payoff is huge.

This is a great family place. I trust Master Eric with my 4 year old and so far, he seems to love and benefit from it. This is now located in the Marketplace at 5th, next to the $.99 only store. Great workout!

Great friendly place to train or start training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The instructor is very knowledgeable and approachable with any questions. And the kids program is great kids really enjoy going to class.
