The iPhone 11 is original $599+, my grandma got a warranty for $14. I’m not sure what fully happened but my grandma got a deal, which in total made my iPhone 11 round up to $58, insane. The only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars is because we were a bit late so the phones weren’t on display anymore, but it’s not Spectrums fault. 2nd is because they’re barely open. I want to go today but they open tomorrow. The customer service was amazing though! So I really am stuck on 4 stars or 5. I’ll update my review when I go tomorrow. -9/4/21

Staff is always very friendly. I usually pay my bill thru the kiosk machine but it was out of order :( still a pleasant experience
Employees are rude and need customer service training along with training on their policies, and services. Speed on service is ridiculous and slow.
If you have another choice you should choose it. Their equipment is clearly substandard and actually getting service is terrible.
Customer Care Services had me on cell line for 2hrs 32 minutes 19 seconds to No Avail.They switch me to Tech. Support for whatever reason they felt they had to. Then, they hung up on me. And; all I wanted was to down- grade my Services.Today, was my last day on last years Promotion deal.I had to drive down to one of there Spectrum Offices to have one of there in house associate customer care service members help me out and correct the issue.On the price they informed me last year, it never came to promission.
I think spectrum is the worst companyOn the earth..I was charged $74.74.For no tv service. After the fire I got tvMarch 29th. The first since sept 5th.I got a bill for 83.97..for no tv..when ICalled in she said she was taking off23.84..what a joke...right. ☹☹☹
Destined was very helpful about getting me all set up. She is extremely knowledgeable about Spectrums products and services. I fully recommend this store in Yucaipa, Ca.
Always a good experience. Sad to see that they had been robbed the last time I was there and the displays were totally empty. I hope they catch the crooks soon!
James gives horrible customer service.An elderly woman came in and asked for help on how to sign in between English or Spanish. He told her to figure it out. People signed in front of her and he Completely ignored the matter. Disgusting customer service James needs to be demoted or retrained on Customer service and respecting elders. Destine was amazing and very sweet.

I like using spectrum mobile, it works well. However I have had a bad experience with every employee here that Ive talked to. First when I switched, the employee didnt want to grab the color of the phone that I wanted, saying they all do the same thing. I understand that but Im paying a high price for an expensive phone so I would like to be able to choose the color. The phone I got had an issue with the charging port and I had insurance. I went back 2 months later and the lady said I needed to contact the manufacturer because the insurance is through Samsung. Well it turned out that was incorrect. So I go back a third time and another lady gave me information on how to get my device replaced and gave me the number to applecare. I have a Samsung. The phone service is excellent, the customer service is terrible.

They told me my bill was going to be low $45 a month the bill was $91.75 Im going back with my old company is $65 a month but no hidden fees like Spectrum and I still owe them $305.75 and I only was with them for 1 month

Its where I make my cable payment. Not a big deal. I usually use the in store kiosk to make my payment. I go to the new store in Yucaipa now instead of driving all the way to San Bernardino.
