I called this place and scheduled a sweep and inspection. They scheduled me for a month out. The inspector never showed and when I called they said they shouldn’t have schedule because they don’t go to Sutter. So I waited a month for now show? They simply said yes and that was it. Super unprofessional. Call someone more reliable. What a joke.
