To get the best customer service, treat them how you want to be treated. The problem isnt the staff at people ready, the problem is the kind of companies that hire people ready to find laborers. I just came from a job site that had the worst management Ive ever dealt with. This was the first job through a temp agency Ive done, and it was the worst experience Ive ever encountered.

They are decent. Ive had overall good experience with them. You gotta have a car if you want to get sent to a job. There are jobs where they want like 3 guys and you can ride with someone but your chances are not as good.

Im reviewing this via Google now since, although Yelp claims they do not hide negative reviews, they have hidden multiple negative reviews for this establishment. I no longer trust Yelp, so heres my original review of this Labor Ready office:I would give them a negative amount of stars if I could. They are horrible here. My husband recently moved from the East Coast to CA and after months of job-hunting, began to try to work with this office to help pay the bills. Well after months, he finally gave up because of the useless woman who worked there.At first, it seemed to be okay. He couldnt submit any paperwork online because their website wasnt working properly. After finally finding the time during the week to take him, since I have my own job with demanding hours, we arrived and were told by the only woman working there that some box of theirs wasnt working for them to be able to interview him/fill out paperwork to submit. They told us to come back the next day. We did. Still nothing.This went on for weeks until I finally called this lazy womans management whom told us they had to keep putting off the repairs until their people we available to do so. He was very reasonable and understanding. But, lo and behold, they happened to have finally gotten the fix they needed less than a week after my complaining.So now, my husband can finally do his interview, or whatever. I didnt have the time to be as involved as I would have liked and now I am very angry about this whole situation in which he had to deal with on his own since I couldnt be there to help him.After the paperwork, he was told that it would be processed by the end of the day. He calls the next day; NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. In fact the woman who works there is the ONLY person they ever have there. she fills in for her boss, supposedly, and has done so for over a month; probably longer. My husband described her as very rude, and unhelpful. she lied multiple times, and ignored him while taking important phone calls to speak to her mother and gossip. Absolutely unprofessional and should be fired IMMEDIATELY. This is NOT how you do business and she is not only doing a disservice to the people who NEED work to support their families, but she is a disgrace.She had the nerve to tell my husband that he had to come in at 0530 AM to fill out the paperwork, AGAIN, and that hed never done so in the first place.If your looking for a place to find work to help you get on your feet, STEER CLEAR of this place because the ONLY person working there is a self-serving, lazy woman.I would gladly try to work with them again if I didnt have to deal with this woman and filled her position with someone who was actually competent with their job. why work in an office where you absolutely have to deal with and help customers if you have absolutely no people-skill and are so very rude? I dont get it.Sorry for the negative review, but honestly, with that service we received, which may as well have been none, you deserve it.

It was a good job site

I used them because I needed some guys to help my brother move to his new house in Colusa. Workers showed up on time and were able to lift even the heavy things without banging up the walls or anything. I plan to use their services again if I ever need to.

Not the best work environment great place to help build skills for resume.

Work there for years the front desk women is not helpful picks only the guys that she hits on all day doesnt take her job seriously miss the ones the had before got sent out more worst place to work
