I got a quick response to my inquiry and was happy with the price quoted. Communication was great along the way and their efforts at trying to locate the “hidden” grease trap that I knew we had installed on our septic tank was greatly appreciated!I will definitely use them next time.

I got my plumbing redone under my house by another company and was very dissatisfied as they also informed me that I needed my septic tank pumped. I called Valencia and I could not recommend these guys enough. Aurelio Jr. and Sr. arrived the same day of calling. Were super nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and educated me on a lot of the ins and outs of my septic tank.

Though I found a New reliable septic guy but No. Came once set up next Appointment and No show and No one picks up the service phone.

I needed to have my septic pumped and contacted Valencia. They responded immediately answering all my questions. I checked others pricing around town and Valencia was by far the best value.Once I decided to move forward which was 1hr after making the initial contact, they were on-site 3hrs later pumping my septic. They were very professional and completed the job within 45 minutes of arrival and left everything looking the same as they found it. They have earned my business moving forward.

I called these guys 11:20am, the owner had two guys out to us in Maxwell by 1:40pm same day!! We needed our septic pumped as it was overflowing, they came out and did a great job even put up with our loud nosy goose overseeing them! Great company, we will use them again, and will recommend them to anyone who needs this service :)

I called Valencia this morning at 7am. We had a 911 situation at our office. Explained the situation to Christian. He sent the truck out IMMEDIATELY to service our Septic Tank. They showed up in 1.5 hour since we are in Woodland. Both guys got out and went straight to work. I will most definitely be using Valencia again not only for the Septic Tank clean out, but if we need any Porta Toilets for our facility.I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
