John Robertson came out due to water backing up into the toilets/bath. This has been a reoccurring issue in our home and no one has been able to tell us why until now. He was determined to get to the bottom of it and he did! He was super knowledgeable and walked me through what was going on. Will definitely use again in the future!

Technicians came on time, diagnosed the issue and updated us on time and price as they went. Both individuals were very polite and respectful of our house. Had a leak under my house; drain from washer and kitchen sink/dishwasher emptying into the crawl space. Mike from Fletchers came over and, after sending another technician under the house, gave me an estimate of $2600. He could not give a firm day to fix it so I called another plumber and I was given a quote of $1000 to do the exact same thing and fixed the same day as the diagnosis! My leak is now fixed. Get a second estimate before going with Fletchers. Oh yeah Fletchers charge me $260 for 15 minutes under the house!

This is a great company, always professional, work is clean and done right the first time. Tech was PJ, very good communicator, hard worker, he helped fix an underground gas leak at a local school. Had several other plumbers out to fix the first problem, but they couldnt do anything. I know when I leave, the technician is going to get the job done and I dont have to worry. Fletchers Plumbing has been my go to for several years now. They take care of the annual back flow testing that needs to be done for my property. They came to our home to flush water heater, and they replaced the valve for the drain due to a poor fit on the old one. Flushed the heater, and finished in short order. Came in under price too! Thats quality without compromise.

Called several Plumbing services for a quote to replace our kitchen faucet with a new one and to install an under the counter water filtration system. I wanted the water filtration system to also tap into our automatic ice maker in the fridge. Some of the other plumbers were hesitant to hook the new filtration system in and one said we couldnt tap into the water line for the ice make! Fletchers price was comparable to the other quotes we received, and the tech who came out was a really nice gentleman named Clint, who really knew his stuff. We got the warm n fuzzy feeling from Clint from his first Hello, he did an excellent job, even installed an extra water shut off for the ice maker cable! He cleaned up the wear marks from the deck of the old faucet to where one would never know a 25 year old deck had just been removed. Totally blown away by Clints work ethics and his knowledge of his trade - he definitely went above and beyond for us. If I should need a plumber in the future, you can be sure Ill use Fletchers - and I will insist upon Clint.

These guys came out and fixed my problem right away, and for a lesser price, than the other yahoo’s that came out before them that couldn’t solve the problem.

They truly care about your issue and explain to you in detail what the problem is, your options, how much it will cost and how long it will take. I had my entire sewage line replaced by PJ. When our water heater began leaking, our warranty company contacted Fletchers Plumbing. I had not used them in the past. There was also damage to the sheet-rock and stand that the water heater sat on top of. When the original was installed a pan to catch leaks was not code. Fletchers was very unprofessional. I called to get a diagnosis, was told a RO would fix it, and then it didn’t fix it. $4500 later and I’m still having the same issue. Would highly not recommend.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! We told them we had an emergency pipe leakage, confirmed the appointment the day before, then they never showed up! They are complete flakes, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Fletchers is great! They’ve helped me on numerous occasions. We bought a house that has a water softening system and a reserve osmosis system. Fletchers plumbing did a repiping for a commercial building that was over 75 years old pipes under the foundation and worked around our rentals and did a quick professional fix for us very happy with their pricing had four different beds

I was having trouble getting anyone to help with my plumbing issue because it involve an outside drain, but Lewis from Fletcher’s Plumbing agreed to take it on. He came up with a plan to install a sump pump and tie it into another drain. The solution works well, and Lewis did a great job on the installation.

Recd assistance in a timely manner. Diagnosis and estimate done in a most professional manner. Regard for kitchen floor with proper drop clothes and keeping area clean. I had a serious septic problem. Pump went bad, tanks were filling. The company who had made previous repairs on numerous occassion,s went on vacation, ( all employee,s) leaving me in a lurch. Check my shower controls/ still arent working well, I need someone who knows about shower turn on nob and handle from the 1973 era. the person was friendly and did what he could, but it didnt fix the problem.

We truly appreciate the professional way PJ (Fletchers Plumbing tech) approached the job. We have a small house with one bathroom and our toilet is the original one that was installed when it was built in 1942. He immediately checked the sewer clean out to determine if tree roots were the problem. I would recommend the Fletchers Plumbing for the ever growing community of the Chico area. If you have the Home Serve interior and exterior sewer insurance, give this new company a try! They are a welcome alternative to the other company that services the area. One considerate action PJ did was putting on shoes covers when entering the house. We have never had a plumber do this when servicing the sewer and water line.
