This place was so cool to explore for the first time visiting. They have a wide variety of party things. The lady that helped was very friendly and engaging. But there was another person right behind her behind the counter who kept turning on a vacuum. Made it hard for me to hear what was said. And they are open on Sundays people!

Very evident that this place doesn’t value customer satisfaction. My pregnant wife and I arrived at 6:25pm to purchase a couple of items for a baby shower. Doors closed and were told to come the day after. Who closes the doors 5 min early? Very evident that they don’t care about local community business.

I would give it nothing if I could. I traveled from Chicago for a gender reveal and the manager Leslie, literally lied in front of my face saying there was no more twist poppers for girls, but when I spotted a box on the shelf this woman had the audacity to say that she was to tired to get a ladder to get them down. I refused to spend my money at a place with such a lying, vile, and lazy excuse for a manager/customer service representative. If she was so tired, she shouldve stayed at home! Terrible customer service! Wouldnt send my worst enemy here to deal with her! 0 stars!

This store is freaking awesome they have everything that you need and stuff you didnt even think you need that you do need! Party party party party love this place!!!

Its a cute little shop, they had a huge selection of stuff. And they had exactly what I needed for my sons birthday. They were very friendly and accommodating. They are a little on the pricey side. But for what they offer, their customer service and how accommodating they are, the price isnt that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely shop here again.

I had to leave one star in order to write this review. Do not come here. They have no customer service what so ever. They are very disrespectful and do not go over rental terms and conditions when renting products. We rented a helium tank from them, without leaving the parking lot we came back into the store to return and the lady told us we could not return. (Had not even been 10 mins) The cashier was very rude and not once went over the rental terms. $80+ wasted for something we did not even use, she didn’t even offer any customer service fixes - so we asked for managers information. Today, we came in to speak with manager Leslie and she was just as bad... No apologies, no customer service fixes what so ever, even with her stating “we have been in excellent business for many years!” Her attitude was condescending and was not willing to make our experience better. I would like to add, while we were waiting to speak with her, she had another customer on the phone and wrote their card number on a scrap piece of paper and tossed to the side in a stack of papers, after seeing that, we were even more uncomfortable having left our card information with her. I asked if we could please have our card number destroyed, she declined. It is very sad to me that this business has unfriendly lack of customer service here, as well as a lack of communication and understanding of terms and conditions between customers and employees who rent items. Information like that needs to be clearly stated on paper and/or verbally. I am very disappointed in my experience with this store. I hope no other customer ever feels this way.

Came here thinking I was gonna get some better deals but the selection for party themes and supplies that I needed was limited as well as the store itself. Almost reminded me of the old wishing well in Sacramento and so I got what I got and went to party city. Should had went there first cause when I did price comparisons I was disappointed that I was over priced and party city had same items for lower price. Great customer service here though and cute put together shop

I often go to Partyland, weather it be decoratios for a birthday party, balloon boques or any decor occasion. They are always so helpful and friendly. I walked into this business on 1/1/2021, it was my moms birthday and she was coming home on hospice. I was falling apart, but at the same time trying to make my moms room beautiful for her. I left my wallet at home only withdrew from the back what I thought I would need. Ended up with little money and still needing birthday decorations, having about 20 minutes left, I ran into Partyland grabbed some stuff only to realize I was way short,. The frustration got to me, who I think is the owner saw how upset I was and made a boque of balloons and acknowledged me being seen in there often. I went to give her what I had and she said not to worry. I was very thankful and insisted with paying what I had. I will never forget her gesture. I hope this helps her business as it is people like her who very much deserve to have our business. Thank you!

Super nice service, awesome party supplies, lots of balloon bouquets and centerpieces. A little pricey for the decorations though.

Only wish they had more to offer, went in looking for horror scary...nothing, hulk balloon...no, then they were out of the monster truck balloon😔. Single reqular balloons a little too pricy. BUT the lady was very nice!

5 stars hands down! I actually live in Virginia. A buddy of mine had a birthday local to this store. I called them up, explained what I wanted, and the lady did a very cute bouquet based off what I wanted to pay. They delivered local and worked with a time frame even being same day! Extremely happy with this business, very friendly and polite. Thanks so much for helping make his day special!

Worst Ever!!!! They broke my 6th grader’s heart on Valentines Day! I paid to have a bouquet of balloons and chocolates delivered to my daughter’s 6th Grade classroom and they forgot hers on their counter!! Complete BS! I will never ever come back here again as they are not dependable. It doesn’t change anything that they refunded the money and we got it for free. None whatsoever. The whole point was to have my daughter be surprised and to feel extra special in front of the whole class. That is not something we will get another chance at. Just a complete disappointment.

Need better organization. Called multiple times regarding a Helium Tank that was RSVP 3 weeks ahead of time, and nobody could not find the name.

A great place for all your party needs. Birthdays to graduations they got it. Friendly staff. Need help ask they dont mind helping or answering questions.

The selection is awful and you will pay 3 times the price of a regular store. Frankly i dont see how they are in business. The employee and owner stayed on their phones the whole time and were to busy yelling at their children to pay attention to customers. They will not refund your money either. I went because it was convenient and i have 5 kids to party plan for. I will not be going back. Rude unpleasant employees. Just go to walmart and save your paycheck!!! Hope they learn manners and how to run a business!!

They were sweet people just the baby poppers I got to reveal were 20 bucks and thank goodness I bought the big ones or my reviel would have been a bust

Good selection of items. However they can be pretty over priced. I was looking at their green plastic cups they had. For a pack of 20 it was $12.99, I asked to make sure I was reading that right. A few.other things I asked the price on and was pretty surprised how much they charge. I ended up leaving and going to target to get similar items for a much more reasonable price. I understand they are the only party store, but they can be to pricey. I would probably rather take the drove to roseville to a party store

Rude, arrogant, will not refund you if they over charge you and are worthless beyond help. BAD BUSINESS.Pay $20 for a helium tank and 2.99 for a bunch of balloons at Walmart is better- along with the same exact party supplies for 5-10x CHEEPER AT ANOTHER STORE.
