My husband called and ordered a jumphouse for our daughters bday party a week before the scheduled date. They answered and said everything is scheduled, said they would arrive between 10-11am and that they even have a new trolls jumphouse for us. Well the day of, they NEVER show up, so we call and of course there is no answer. Just a disappointed birthday girl. How pathetic is this company to tell us they will arrive and NEVER SHOW UP? You should be ashamed of yourself to call yourself decent people. Dont waste your money on this company as they probably will lie to you on the phone and wont show up. PATHETIC!!!
