This comes from my experience at their Chico office, but I have to post it here because the Yuba City office is run by the same people. Dont give Therapeutic Solutions a dime.It pains me to write this, but I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with Therapeutic Solutions.I have been receiving services from Therapeutic Solutions for several years. I have bipolar disorder and am a suicide attempt survivor. I came to Therapeutic Solutions and my life was really turned around. I was very happy with Dr. Ittner and was confident with my medication plan.Everything changed a few months ago. I had pneumonia and had to go to a clinic in the evening after business hours. My doctor diagnosed me with pneumonia and told me that I was contagious and I had to stay home. I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation and cancelled my appointment. Life happens. I understand their policy on charging for no shows, but this was an emergency situation and nothing could be done. Policies arent written in stone. Im sure the people at Therapeutic Solutions have children. How would they feel if their child was sick and they were charged 120 for a missed appointment? Its not like I went golfing and just didnt feel like showing up. This was something that came up because thats life. They didnt even tell me I owed anything.I Then had another appointment. I cancelled two days before my appointment, well within the time that was required. I was charged for this appointment. They said they had no record in their system of me calling. Well, its in my phone call history. My wife spoke to the front desk. I guess thats just a glitch. Not the first mistake and not the last.They then cancelled my services. I filed an appeal and didnt hear anything for a month. I came back and they had no record of me filing an appeal. I filed another appeal and didnt hear anything back for another month. Diane Schumacher spoke to me on the phone and took more details about the case. I got a voice mail a few days later saying my appeal was denied and she never explained why.I then called her boss Megan Philips. We played phone tag for a while and then she said she was going on vacation for a week. I didnt hear anything from her for A MONTH. This was a week vacation and then a MONTH. I left several voicemails and she never called me back. I even left calls with Dr Abouesh the owner of Therapeutic Solutions and never heard anything back.Megan (Shes the Director of Operations) she called me and was unbelievably cold and indifferent to me. I have never had anyone care so little about my situation. She literally said that we almost never approve appeals and that its more to double check the system. What? Thats saying that the appeals process is futile and there isnt any recourse on bad decisions. Their word is law and their decisions are final.This has been the worst medical situation I have encountered. Therapeutic Solutions is attempting to extort me. I have to pay almost 300 dollars to see my doctor. There are no psychiatrists in Chico except the county and Indian Health. I have to go to Sacramento to see a psychiatrist. 90 minutes away to see a doctor. I only have a few days left of my medication and Ill probably end up in another manic episode. I may even attempt to kill myself like last time I was in a manic episode. Do you think Therapeutic Solutions care? No. They dont care about patients. They just care about the money. They are doing this to vulnerable people during Covid.The people who run Therapeutic Solutions are morally bankrupt and I have no idea how theyre sleeping at night. I encourage EVERYONE to avoid this place like the plague.Good riddance.

Everyone in the Yuba City office is so friendly and helpful. Their kindness immediately puts you at ease. Also LOVE Dr Ittner. He always listens and seems to genuinely care.

First appt. was great. Lynn Cline put me at ease and I felt very comfortable having her as my provider. Thank You!!

I enjoy my doctor and the assistance he provides. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Abouesh saved my life and continues to regulate my medication to keep me stable for going on ten years. Dr. Abouesh is professional, gentle, understanding, a good listener, detailed and doesnt miss a beat with my care needs. I underwent ECT and day programs through Therapeutic Solutions almost ten years ago and am a high functioning independent successful individual thanks to Dr. Abouesh. The staff is incredibly kind and timely in handling all of my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Abouesh to anyone committed to getting their life back!!!

The office billed the claim (diagnosis) incorrectly so we have to pay 50% of the claim as opposed to 90%. Dr. Ittner was cold and abrupt. He would not let me talk to him privately about my daughters symptoms even though she is under 18. Dr. Ittner also prescribed about $2,000 in (mostly) unnecessary blood testing in order to proceed, which I cannot afford. I have to find another practice in order to make sure billing, diagnosis, and treatment is done correctly.
