Worst place in town. My cousin was there for over a week and this business is horrible. The people there dont have a clue to mental health concerns and lack of education.Please look into alternative help for your loved ones before picking this place. I hope this helps .

This team of people and psychiatrist definitely served my loved one well. Very Severe depression & a required stay there were hard on him —but people there really did care & worked continuously to help adequately continue to assess him too. They went all out to support him getting into an additional source of help & treatment facility too. Sylvia (Social worker) spent lots of xtra time gathering history on him & his Doctor was also SO conscientious. They are truly dedicated to helping people.

I have seen an incredible turn around in my step son. He is in a safe place to recover from mental illnesss. He is not imprisoned. He is encouraged to leave the facility to go on outings. We took him to eat in a local restaurant, something he would not do in years!! #thankful #grateful # greatjobstaff #thankyouJesus

North Valley is a fake hospital they offer no kind of therapy whatsoever. They only care about filling beds and do everything to keep you as long as possible. Its false imprisonment.I hope to have it shut down. It should not exist. zero stars.

If you know someone in here. Get them out immediately, this is not a place for rehabilitation and healing the mind. If anything this place has the potential to worsen or prolong any mental health problems. Oh, and theyll steal from the patients too.
