Very polite and professional. I had spots that needed extra care but did not get it. They offered to completely set up again and I declined. I feel they should have got them out the first time around. Not pet stains and just a little more effort they would have come out.

I had ACE Carpet Cleaning come over to my parents house to clean two rooms and the hall. They did an AWESOME job! They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend ACE!!!

He is incorrect as he charged me the price for the counter cleaning. I would not recommend this company----------I would highly recommend any quote you get from the company in writing. I wanted my tile and grout cleaned on my floors and counters including the showers/bath. I had 2 quotes 1 for just the floors and the 2nd for the counter and shower tile. I verbally clarified the 2 quotes as the counter/shower was higher due to the extra prep work. I was ok with the quote on the floor tile scheduling the clean for a week later. The day came and my tile floors were cleaned. He told me the price which I disagreed as it was the quote he gave to clean the counters/showers. 1 star for charging a different price than originally quoted.

These guys are very professional, they do a exellent job, and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with there work. This is getting rare now, in the service business. Thanks Kevin.
