It went good until I found out I couldnt use a digital payment that I needed an actual card. They should be more direct with the necessary paperwork thats needed to make sure the process goes as easy for them & the customer. I havent finished with this process yet so Im just on the hesitant side as I used to work for a car rental company so I do know how it works but the digital age is here so I didnt think it would be a problem. I should have asked but when I worked I made it very clear to customers when they called the exact things needed for an easy & quick transaction.
I had a rental reservation set for 5:30 pm (when they close) and i called ahead to let them know I was running behind due to city traffic. They were super accommodating to me and told me it was no problem. By the time I was done it was about 6:00. Took no time at all. Props to these employees for staying back with a positive attitude and helping me out. That’s what it’s all about!
Enterprise is one of the best rental places I have ever tried. They provide you with everything and even gas. The car I rented lasted for a trip. I am in awe of how smooth the car was to drive.
Car was almost brand new and service was great. I will be renting a car again here. I had my own insurance company cover the rental it changed my monthly bill by $4. I would say have your own insurance cover the rental its way more affordable.
Excellent customer service! Called ahead and the car was ready and waiting for us when we got there. Car was clean and had a disinfecting wipe inside so I could wipe down the steering wheel etc. A very nice touch!One thing to note--this is a small car rental place. They often dont have a lot of cars on hand. Always a good idea to call ahead or reserve online.
My experience was very Good.The pick up and drop off was extremely smooth, even though we had an episode of Vandalism On a trip, but because we had insurance that they offer there were no questions asked.I highly recommend their service.
I dont like rental car places, typically. I usually have to wait a long time while people walk by and ignore me, but this Enterprise is different. Everyone that works here is attentive, they get you in a vehicle as fast as they can, and they take great care to make sure the car is clean and sanitized before sending you out. Dropping off couldnt be easier, also. Any time I need a rental I go here.

This company has horrible customer service and even upon confirmation of my reservation, they still turned me away. I went home and brought back documents THREE TIMES!! That they said they needed, only to be told it wasn’t enough. If I could rate 0 stars, I absolutely would but I will never rent a car from these people. Don’t waste your time with them, they are very unprofessional and dismissive.
Customer service was fantastic even though we had to wait a little while due to the nation-wide car shortage.

They are a very busy place so I recommend reserving your car ahead of time if you can. This Enterprise is one of the best rental car places I have been to. The customer service is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were in and out fairly quickly. The car was clean and comfortable. Even the return process was pretty quick. I will definitely be using this Enterprise for my future rental needs when in this area.
Upon pick up, I rented a Toyota Camry for 3 days to go on a short vacation after driving off there a rental lot the service car light came on. I was not going to mess with it as i had things i needed to do and was running late. This is the second vehicle i have rented from this location that had service lights on. The first one had an engine light come on 2 days after renting it. I was traveling to South Dakota and was told to change it out. I have had not problems picking up or dropping off vehicles. They offer fast service just they need to make sure there vehicles are maintained better.
I got a vehicle due to mine being in the shop due to a minor accident. I have a claim through my insurance. I needed a larger vehicle (7 passenger) but was given a 15 passenger van. Not thrilled but better than nothing. I understand my insurance has a daily limit and I would have to pay the difference. I was okay with that. The problem was that what I was quoted, is not what was charged.I made an initial deposit between 2 credit cards (high balance due to pandemic but not maxed out) of $150. I was caught a bit off guard when an additional $ 175 due at drop off. A bit pricey, especially when I was told the deposit would cover what the insurance wouldnt. I paid anyway and went on my way.Strike 2 is when I recieved a notification from one of my cards that said recent charge was declined due to not enough available credit.Remember 2 cards were used for deposit. $100 on 1 card, $50 on the other. I checked charges on both cards and both charges went through, in addition to the 175 I paid at drop off from my checking account for a grand total of $325.These guys tried to run one of my cards AGAIN for an additional $150 on top of the $325 they already soaked me for.On a side note the vehicle I was given had hand and face prints on several windows from the previous renters. I noticed this BEFORE I collected my passengers, so I know the vehicle was not properly sanitized prior to me getting it.Be aware of these money grabbing people. Guard your cards and check your statements people.

Twice I’ve been turned away after valid confirmation.1. They close at 12p, but leave at 11:55am, I showed up to watch them drive away. With confirmation in hand .2. Showed up early with my confirmation only to be told they do not use my debit card anymore ? Why then confirmation on the booking ?I travel a long way and now I’ve been stranded by this horrible place twice .I will never go back there .Ps. Went to the other side of town and rented a car with zero problems with the same credentials I tried with enterprise.Terrible experience twice

Dont quite seem to have it together. While the person helping me was nice and the car was in good shape, the rest of the experience was pretty poor. It was over 100 and we were greeted with a sign telling us to wait outside and someone would attend us. No one came after about 5 minutes, so we entered to find a large empty room. Showed us a car, smelled so much like smoke couldnt stand it. Gave us another car, was better but still stunk. I dont know that there is another choice in this are, but I wish there was.

This place has terrible customer service after asking for the manager several times to come out and explain to me why I could not rent a car because I was from Nevada and Im renting in California they allowed me to make the reservation online to call my information never said that I couldnt do it without being a California resident then they proceeded to come out and be rude to me when they knew I was upset about the situation instead of trying to call me and make it work for me they told me they didnt need my business as a business manager I find this very unacceptable and I do not recommend anybody using their services unless you want to be treated rudely they said we can make an exception with a power bill that makes no sense what relevance does a power bill have to having a credit card I tried to pay a large deposit and nothing nothing but rudeness

Reserved a full size truck as my husbands is in the shop. There was an accident with the one we reserved, so when we got there they had no trucks. Nobody called, no warning. A very small truck came in as my husband was leaving and we ended up with that one. It will not fit everything we have for our trip. This has caused major problems. Still charged us a 200 dollar deposit. Literally did not care about their customers. This place is a joke. We will NEVER use this company again.

Very nice. Repair shop called Enterprise for us. We did not have to wait long for a pick up. The driver was super nice and the ride was smooth. We got to the office. They explained everything, made sure we had no questions and was pleasant to speak with. The process was quick and efficient with hardly any wait time. Now mind you it was before 830 in the morning but still it was a good experience.
Very helpful. Their renting process has been compacted into a very quick and simple process. A lot easier to get things done here than in the office where I live.

I had made a reservation weeks in advance for a trip but when the day came there was a last minute change and I actually needed my rental hours earlier than I had initially expected. I called and explained my desperate need to get a car earlier and they explained that they would not have a car that fit with my reservation available until my prior scheduled time but that they may be able to get me into something bigger and a little more expensive, to which I agreed. Even though I was willing to pay the extra cost when I arrived to pick up the larger rental, they actually upgraded me at no extra cost! They said they just wanted me to be able to get my vehicle when I needed it and didnt want me to have to pay more. Such great customer service and so greatly appreciated!

I went in to rent a car after I got rear ended in my truck. They initially gave a small car but it was too small for what I needed it for. So they let me trade in the small car for a truck. They gave me the truck for the same rate as the small car. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the inside of the truck was dirty. Other then that everything else was great.
Booked online, nice car but go early because I had to wait in line for about 30 min to pick up and drop off due to covid.

I wasnt at enterprise rent i was across the street waiting for the buss.I will say they are busy allways cleaning .if i ever have a chance to rent a car i would think of this place first.
Worst experience. Reserved a vehicle online, picked which payment method i was using, debit. Upon arrival I was told they didnt have the car I reserved, that the only thing comparable was an suv, which I had to pay more for. I stood in line for an hour to be told that I had to pay more money than what I had reserved! This place is the worst.

Enterprise is really great a have very expensive rates on their insurance but youre borrowing a brand new car you need the best insurance I wish they had weekly rates on your insurance instead of by the day where it was a little bit cheaper. Everybody was so helpful and understanding and they were very lenient with their car rental.... And if you had concerns they help you through them
The staff at Yuba City, CA were really friendly and awesome! They came to pick me up, got me set up with a rental, and were informative. When I dropped off the rental, they drove me home.Minus one star because the Mini Cooper I got had its service light and tire light on the entire time. It didnt bother me at frist, but it eventually did because I couldnt search for music or bluetooth easily. I always had to exit the service warning screen first.
Would have gave them all stars but they took 3 day to up grad my car to a truck but there making up for it with there service.
Had to rent a van for an emergency trip to San Francisco. The online process was quick & easy. Picking up the van was just about as easy & it was reasonably priced. Staff was very courteous, efficient & professional. The vehicle itself had plenty of room, was clean and economical. The key box return made the end of our trip quite simple. These guys are pros!! They deserve 5 stars.

The team at this Enterprise location were fantastic! There were several families that were diverted on a military flight to Beale Air Force Base, and we all needed rental cars to get us back to our original departure point the week prior. This team stayed open later AND drove to the Main Gate at Beale in a Chevy Tahoe to make sure they could pick us ALL up! They had three cars waiting for us and had folks standing by to get us on our way and back to Beale to pick up our families. OUTSTANDING service to those who serve! This team deserves a BIG pat on the back for their support and dedication to serving their customers!
I would rent there again, however I have only one issue. When I arrived, was told I needed to provide my insurance card and carry it in the glove box. I can assure you when people pickup at an airport they are not carrying their insurance papers. I have rented cars for years, have always declined their coverage and have never had to provide this. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of this requirement. I was fortunate enough to be dropped off in my own vehicle so I had the documents with me.
I always rent from here, 2-3 times annually for vacations. Have rented different sized vehicles and the cars have never given me any problems and were always clean.I have never got in an accident while driving the vehicles, but I recommend getting their full insurance just in case!I honestly always recommend making appointments ahead of time, as that will let them know what kind of vehicle you intend to pick up and at what time so there is less hassle when you get there.With the recent change of staff though, the place does seem a little more professional than it is welcoming, which I know is less comfortable with many people, but the service is always great!In and out in less than 30 mins with my rental appointments.
I booked a car online at Midnight and picked it up the next morning at 9:00 am for an emergency trip to Southern California. The service was excellent and I was very pleased with the vehicle. I have used Enterprise exclusively for the past Five years. I would highly recommend their services

Staff were extremely helpful. A car was ready when needed and they changed to another car when I requested one with a trunk for locking stuff out of site when needed. Only drawback for this location is that it is closed on Sunday but they do have after hours key drop.

Its the of Thanksgiving weekend and I drove my daughter ( Active in the Air Force) to her new base in Sacramento California from Houston. I thought I could rent a car from Enterprise to get home, no they wanted an extra seven hundred on top of the rental. This is unacceptable too be inconvenience at this time of year. I havent seen my for a year, she was overseas.
I rented a standard car which would have been a VW Jetta or something similar. I was really hoping they would have it but the young man that helped said “No but you’re getting an upgrade at no additional charge.” So then I’m hoping it’s an SUV or something like that? Well no, it was a Dodge Charger! Beautiful car but too manly for me. I decided to take it since it was 100* degrees or over outside. I was a bit disappointed but as long as it went fast I was happy to drive anything. Good customer service but thought I was going to spend $106.00 ended up paying $185. Oh well, I had fun driving it all weekend and got to see my dad for Father’s Day. Next time I’ll make sure they have the type of car I really like. I love the convenience of renting online and then picking it up.
Usually happy with enterprise. We’ve rented lots of cars in the past from them especially this year due to totaling a personal vehicle and waiting on insurance. This car we picked up however was nasty. The whole car smelled of blunts, had burn marks, and the entire car was dirty from greasy hands. Stains everywhere....This car should have gotten a thorough detail before put back out into the fleet. To add insult to injury whoever drove it last definitely punctured the tire so we have to add air everyday. Furthermore, upon needing to keep the vehicle longer enterprise wants to charge us $30 more dollars than the going rate as well as hold a larger deposit bc “we didn’t hold a big enough deposit the first time”...I don’t get it enterprise! We are respectful of your vehicles and have rented from you for over two months this year. If you want loyal customers take care of them (don’t price gouge) and your vehicles!

As a platinum member some kindness and respect along with CLEAN car and vehicle you request being available, is a must... Loyalty is earned!!! My car well, it was FILTHY! I told the employee helping me that it was bad he just chuckled and sprayed with bathroom deodorizer... Awful... The car was supposed to be a free upgrade but was told after the fact that redeeming points does not qualify... But only at return of rental. I would be happy to be told this at the time of pick up... Bottom line at this location is they dont need loyal customers... Apparently they have enough business without giving honesty or respect or clean vehicle...
My car was totaled on January 22. Enterprise came to my house and picked me up. We went through the rental process and out I was in 20 minutes. When I drove my rent a car to the Enterprise Car Sales in Roseville, I found the cutest little Ford Focus with less than 10,000 miles on it. I filled out the paperwork and they found a lender for me. We drove home in our new Focus. So what happened to the rent a car.... Enterprise checked it right in, so I did not have to worry about getting it back to Yuba City. Excellent service.
They were very professional and apologetic when my vehicle I reserved wasn’t available at the moment but upgraded to a vehicle that I fell in love with. The staff was amazing and very informative also very helpful I will definitely be back again when I need a rental.
So their customer service is good when you are going in and renting but I got in a car accident in their car. I had denied their insurance cause I have my own. So after accident I gave them all the information they needed claim number from the other drivers insurance. Also I was not at fault for the accident. Thats a big point to why I have a problem with enterprise now. The insurance adjuster had told me they were paying for all the damages. And there wasnt much. And I told enterprise everything I knew. I gave them the adjusters name and phone number. The same day we took the car in they wanted me to pay a deductible to them. Which is ridiculous cause I wasnt at fault. I asked them why. And they said its cause Im responsible for the damages. Rather than just saying get a hold of the adjuster so they can confirm that they are paying for everything they just wanted my money. Cause once I got a hold of him they were cool with me not paying anything. They keep saying they threat their customers how they want to be treated. I didnt feel like that was ok at all.

2017I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED w/ the last car rental here! What a difference from the last times. I received a call back checking on my rental from the store manager asking if all went okay! Enterprise has made some changes. Last two times I returned a car w/o any effort, stress. Bravo for the customer service progress!!2010I dont believe there is another car rental agency in my little town and I am nervous every time I return the car. TWO times I was accused of being responsible for a dent which was ALREADY there. I now walk around the car and make a video for proof. This last time there were no surprising charges nor accusations of any new dents.

Because of the nature of my job I rent cars on an almost weekly basis, we have corporate agreements with several rent a car companies, but Enterprise is by far the most courteous, and professional provider (plus they are local and reponsive) so for me its a no-brainer.Its a pleasure to do business with Enterprise Yuba City.
As a soldier in the US army I must say when I came back on leave from the army they hooked me up!!! They waived my young driver fee, gave me the best rate, and were extremely nice. I will go here for the rest of my military career while on leave
This is by far the worse place I have ever rented a car from. Lucas is unprofessional and rude. When I booked my car online it told me all I would need was a drivers license and a valid card to pick up the car. When we got there we were told we would need to provide my husbands check stubs from work as well as a PG & E bill to confirm my address. I obviously did not have this information because like most people I do not travel with this information. I had to stay there for over an hour and try to to get family members of mine to go to my house and take pictures of my information so that I wouldnt be stuck out of town. Once I had gathered all the information he asked for he was still not going to allow me to pick up the vehicle. I had to ask for the supervisor and yell at him before he would listen to me while I was trying to tell him I had gathered all of the information that they needed. Almost 2 hours later we were able to get the rental car and leave.

I know this is a odd time, but had to wait 15 min in the hot sun at the temp check in and then they didnt have the car I reserved, so I upgraded and the charge was ridiculous, seemed like there was only 1 girl working really hard, and 2 people cleaning, several inside not doing much

My experience with Enterprise was great as usual. the staff and the cars were fantastic. However VERY EXPENSIVE. I rented in Torrance Ca for $500-600, and in a small town like Yuba City I paid over $700! WHY.
