There was no appointment they took my son and grandbabies towards the end of the day without complaining. They were very very very nice and they gave super haircuts. My son had his in the boys done and he even had mine cut for me. I dont always trust barbers because being a female they dont always get it but this guy was fantastic. We will be returning
