Rich Clay helped me and was extremely professional. I wouldnt choose to go to anyone else but him. This is also the 1st time in a long time that I actually received a car wash and that was awesome! Rich even helped me put on a steering wheel cover. Rich is the man!

Very happy with my first experience with using a dealership service department for automotive repair. The Mechanic wasn’t able to duplicate the problem, but I was able to send a video showing what was happening. They were reluctant to replace a part because they weren’t able to verify it was causing the problem (I appreciate their honesty!), but were willing to do it because they understood I wanted a safe vehicle. From Dallas, the Service Writer, to the shuttle drivers I was very impressed.

I got my tires from this Toyota less than a year ago. Recently I had a flat tire & my tires were covered under warranty but they still charged me almost $40. For servicing & rotations theyre great, nice & usually prompt but for a simple tire fix COVERED BY WARRANTY - I shouldnt have had to pay anything. I recommend Jiffy Lube if you have a flat. I also dropped my car off at 7:30am & my car wasnt available til about 5:30pm when they closed.... for one tire!!

Miguel was great. Super efficient. He provided clear and concise info regarding my service and other info regarding services I will need in the next year. He arranged for transportation to and from my home while service was completed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Miguel is an asset, I hope his boss reads this! Such a nice guy.

My first time at this location. Will (Service Rep) is very professional and friendly. He was able to work me in for my Lexus 20,000 mile Service. He has great customer service and is a great quality employee. He made my first time experience at this location leaving very satisfied.Only negative, is due to the temperature of weather, the external wash leaves water stains/spots on the vehicle.. (Not Will’s fault)

I took my car in to get it repaired because I had several lights on my dashboard. It turned out my rings were shot, my spark plugs were covered with oil, one or two piston compression were low. The Maintenence Manager kept me informed of their progress and their attempt to try and fix the problem. The car had almost 226,000 miles on it. I decided to get a newer car and the manager directed me to one of their sale person. The sale person was very polite and assisted me in choosing another car. He explained all the features of the car and let me drive it. I was impressed with the young man knowledge and ability to answer all my questions. He stayed with me until all the paperwork was done. Their Financial Supervisor was very professional and helpful in getting my paperwork done and into my new car in no time. The whole experience was great and the people who helped me were outstanding.

I had a appointment and when I got there they told me that it would be a 2 and half hour wait, as I sat and waited everyone who came in after me was leaving including the man who was talking to one of the workers here that asked him which service person was he working with and said you wont have to wait and the man didnt have a appointment was a walk in and walked out in less than 30mins later... I really do wish that there was a Toyota Dealer closer....

I brought my Prius in for a minor recall item and a tire pressure light. Miguel was quick and professional. He was able to get my oil change covered under my extended service plan I forgot I had. It was a very good experience and I will definitely go back.

The service provide was excellent but the timing was the issue. I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt even start on it until 11:15am. Whats the point of making an appointment if you have no plans on starting the service until 2 hours after the scheduled appointment.

Miguel immediately welcomed me to the service department and went about checking me in for my scheduled appointment. He then checked my cars details and offered me services. He did not try and upsale me on what I wanted done on my car. He was polite and prompt. He estimated the complete 40000 mile service would take about 2 hours and he was correct. I would recommend this service center for all of your needs for your Toyota. 5 stars! And I waited in their waiting area that was comfortable and spacious enough to be socially distant from other customers. Free flavored coffee was provided along with the availability of more snacks through their vending machines. I will be a return customer

Got great service when buying my car, horrible when trying to service. I bought the extended warranty, they told me I didnt. I told them to recheck, I had purchased it. I had and he was very rude about having to check again. Routine maintance: tire rotation and fluid top off. Took 4 hours! They were so rude and acted like I should be gratefule they were doing it. NO, your doing it because I PAID for an extended warranty. I would never go here if I had a choice!

The service departments has always been very helpful and always courteous to my needs. Let it be a ride from here or there or accommodating a time frame because of my work schedule, I seem to have a really comfortable overall experience. I can complain about the littlest of things but there are none. The people that work in this profession take a lot of heat from customers (which is thankless) and even if youre the next person in line they will still greet you with the smile. I have owned a Toyota for 5 years bought through this dealer and Ive never been treated better. There are a few employees that stand out like Matt, Dallas and Miguel who seem to do anything they can to make you happy. I cannot forget to mention a great service manager, Wade. He helps that service department engine run and whenever he sees me through the glass in his office I always get a hello greeting of some kind. Its easy to complain these days and seems like a lot of people make it harder to compliment. So, I compliment the service department at Toyota of Yuba City.

Went in for a factory recall only.They tried to hit me up for brakes ($299.95), oil change (not due for another 1000 miles), intake and cabin filters ($103.27) .Needless to say that the filter were replaced by myself 1 month ago!Brakes have plenty of meat!To top it off, somebody managed to drive my car for 3 miles. (This is not required for a recalled air bag wiring loom.)So much for keeping my families business from Future Toyota in Yuba City.

Took the Rav4 in for routine maintenance on a pre-purchase maintenance plan.Work was done while I went across the street and shopped, then waited awhile in the seating area. Everything was out of order by way of coffee/vending machines, but I suspect that has more to do with COVID-19 than anything else.Second time servicing here and cant complain. The Service depends on the Advisor you get or who you pick. I had an appointment scheduled and requested a ride home online. Appointment was confirmed with the ride requested. When I arrived I was informed their shuttle wouldnt be able to take me home because I lived 20 mins away. I asked to have my truck back and reschedule. The Advisor informed me to wait to see what he can do. 40 mins later, my taken to the back and still no one talked to me. I went to talk to another advisor and he apologized and set me up with a rental car for my rescheduled appointment. I felt that the first advisor just wanted to get rid of me and move on to the next customer, but there was no one else line at the time. Use Service Advisor Will for your appointment and everything will be 5 stars.

Difficult to make an appointment when no one in the service department answers the phone. I live 40 miles from Toyota and needed to know how long the service would take so I could make arrangements to wait at Toyota or have a family member bring me home. I figured a service check up and oil change would be a couple of hours but it took five hours. Thats ridiculous. Ill find a local mechanic who probably would like my business and would do a better job at a decent price. Toyota is too expensive.
