Yes its mine, in business for over 30 years, quality repairs, at a honest price. Or as my Dads saying, we use a different approach.
Jay is a fantastic mechanic and will always shoot straight with you. He is a no bulls*** kind of guy that you can trust hands down. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else!
Employees are helpful and honest. Upfront prices and service. Have not had any issues with work, prices, or employees.
My Toyota Prius was serviced here via recommendation through my father. The car has been in my possession for over 4 years, and aside from oil changes every 4k, this was the first tune-up service that I received for my car. Before the service, the car was running fine. I decided to take in to Massys as a precaution. Once I received the car back, the performance felt lower from before. Light jerking, rough accelaration, but I couldnt quite put my finger on it at the time since Im not a mechanic. Roughly 3 months after the tune-up service, my malfunction indicator lamp flickered on for the first time and the performance of the car dropped like Ive never seen. According to A-auto in Sacramento, which is my usual stop for oil changes, my car needed a tune-up and the spark-plugs replaced. This was the exact work that was supposedly done at Massys. I dont believe Massys auto replaced anything on my car, and taking my car to a shady business practice ended costing me double. If youre hybrid or newer car needs work, dont make the mistake I did and take it somewhere else.
