Wonderful staff and service. Very accommodating to fit my daughter in for a last minute orthotic adjustment.

My son was referred to Whiteside by his physical therapist. Joe does an amazing job to make sure you feel comfortable in the braces you get before you leave his office. The staff is great as well. My son loves the soft material they are made with and the cool designs they have. He likes them much better than the hard plastic braces he used to have.

Wonderful experience. Joe spent a lot of time with me explaining the benefits of using a brace to correct my walking and had the brace ready very quickly. I would highly recommend.

My 1 year old daughter had to get SMOs on both of her feet. I chose Whiteside due to reviews, and the location was close to home. The.se people are AMAZING! They are beyond helpful and just so sweet, kind, and they all have such positive attitudes. They care about their patients! My daughters SMO cracked and joe told me to come in on a SATURDAY the day they broke, to fix them! Thank you so much Whiteside for the amazing experience. I was recommended to Whiteside Orthotic by my foot Dr. I was having trouble walking and my feet really bothered me. I was hesitant to go as I had already tried braces and they did not work for me. My foot Dr. said but you havent tried these braces. I decided to give it a try. From the time I strapped the braces on and took my first steps with them on I knew they were going to be a game changer. This past March -April while in Florida I was walking over 8000 steps a day. The staff at Whiteside are excellent and Joe is a fantastic, caring person. I have had a couple adjustments and he is very helpful. I would highly recommend this group of people to any one needing prosthetics.

The leg and hip brace Whiteside built for me was amazing. They were so personable and quick as can be. I waited no longer than 2/3 days for a custom brace.. that’s phenomenal. I will definitely use them again if I have any other issues.

After 7 years of my daughter not being able to move her hand and straighten her elbow due to a brain bleed, Mr. Whiteside has made a miracle occur from the custom braces he designed for her. We have always had a good experience at Whiteside. Joe, Mary Sue and the rest of the staff are always attentive and friendly with our family. Two of our children are in foot orthotics. Our daughter also had a shaping helmet for her head when she was an infant. We have been coming to Whiteside for over three years. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 10 yrs ago and have been wearing a leg brace since that time. i heard about Joe about 4 yrs ago and he fitted me with one of his braces. what a difference!!!!!!. i couldnt get home fast enough to show my family how much better i could walk. i couldnt get home fast enough to throw the existing brace in the trash. needless to say the first brace was not one of Joe s products. i am extremely grateful to joe and his staff. my ability to walk safer and faster is so much better
