My daughter needed a back brace for her scoliosis, and they did a fantastic job. Each person we dealt with from front staff/billing to the CPO/LPO who made/fit the brace was amazing. They worked with my daughter’s orthopedic specialist to make the best possible brace for her unique situation. They were super helpful and informative. Anytime something needed adjusted or refitted as my daughter grew they always got us right in so that she would remain comfortable. Thanks to the brace, my daughter didnt need surgery. Highly recommend this company!!

The team at Western Reserve Orthotics and Prosthetics is outstanding. Kind, caring, compassionate and more importantly extremely skilled. My husband, Dan, has been going to them for the last 19 years for diabetic shoes and orthotics. Robert Paul and Sean Kratzer have both worked with my husband with outstanding results. While my husband isnt an amputee and doesnt need a prosthetic I have seen Rick Grope work with his amputee patients and was very impressed with his caring demeanor and expertise. I highly recommend WROP to anyone who is an amputee, needs diabetic shoes or needs help with an orthotic.

Scheduled to have my next delivery of my shoes, to go with the brace that was previously delivered, this next Tuesday. So, Ill be able to elaborate more after that however, It has been 5 months since my last review. They delivered the shoes but were only right for the affected foot. Meaning the other shoe did not fit. The explanation that I received, was that I would have to pay out of pocket (because insurances will only pay for 1 pair of shoes) for another pair of shoes to get the one to fit the other foot. Because they no longer sell the shoes separate. Which is wrong. I had been wearing the original pair of shoes (with a good amount of paper & cardboard inserted into the shoe for my good foot to try to make it fit) that they brought and I had had 3 falls. So, the company told me at that point to stop wearing them and I would have to come physically to their store to get another evaluation for this problem. (I live 2 hours away from this store) I was also very ill with nausea and vomiting with needing abdominal surgeries and I was not physically able to do that. I just had the surgeries June 8th and I am still recovering from them. So, I am assuming that they are finished dealing with me & this particular problem at this time, because I have not heard one thing from the company in the past 4 months. I was to see my doctor after the brace and shoes was successfully completed. (However, I will be calling him to make a future appointment with him after I finish this review) I still have not followed up with him because I was waiting on this company to make it right with me. My 4 star opinion of this company has dwindled to 1 star. Because of how they have left me in limbo right now and not followed up with me. I truly wish at this point I would have never dealt with this company, period!!!
