Used to be really a great experience. Last two times,was rushed and did a lousy job. On top of that they raised their prices a lot. Never again.

Went to get my nails done got the dip didnt last a week chipping and peeling . My regular nail shop does the dip and it last 2 to 3 weeks my nails look horrible and didnt last long and I paid over 100 bucks my feet still look good tho I wont be returning

Never again to high and very disrespectful the chunky lady and the man with gray hair no customer respect at all asked for my nails to be certain way aint get not one bit more of what I asked for

I only have gotten pedicures there. Had an appointment for 4 of us. We were seated immediately and done within an hour. They do a good job and very friendly. Reasonable prices.

If I could leave 0 I would. The lady at number 3 was so rude ... 2 nails are turned.... she kept hitting my hand and pulling my arm ... and now I have an infection starting around my nail bed because she was so rough and cut me in 5 different spots!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Horrible service every single nail has air bubbles in them. they’re all crooked not a single good nail done. horrible

I went in and i had to wait an hour then i got my cuticles done and they made a lot of my fingers bleed and when they put the green stuff on it burns but their designs are amazing.

The guy I had was not friendly and no communication.. The price chart that he showed me and the one on the wall were misleading.. I wasnt happy with the outcome of my service with the person I had.. I went back to Fancy nails for service and I encountered a guy name Bill is great he communicated with me and did wonderful detailed work.. One thing I forgot the staff at Fancy Nails work well with each other and they get you in and out in a timely manner.. Thanks for recovering my faith Fancy Nails..

Did not even get my pedicure done I called him an appointment the day before they told me a certain time to be there I was there and they were overbooked I have to wait almost an hour now this would have been a problem if I would have been compensated and some kind of way like a discount or free design something or they could even gave me a courtesy call and say hey were little over book you think you can come at this time but they did no such thing very poor customer service skill

I came in on a Sunday, and the Patriot’s game was playing. The guy doing my nails (I had a simple request, just a fill and regular polish) was way more interested in the game than my nails and it showed in the results. I’m just gonna say my nails were not fancy.

I love the price, walk ins and colors!! My nails look so pretty! I wanted a mermaid color and it looks just like I hoped for!!

Try this place and was not happy at all!! The guy that did my nails made them to thin and two broke within days I called for them to fix and they wanted to charge me for $59.86 you would think they would fix them!! Never going back

Went in for a full set, and the guy completely butchered my nails. The acrylic is so horrible and Uneven, he didn’t even bother to make the underneath less bulky and lumpy, for goodness sakes he didn’t even buff them to make them at least look smooth. And did a HORRIBLE paint job as well. They’re way over priced for service that’s worth about 10 bucks and that’s even too generous.

I have been going here for years. I dont come very often, but am always greeted politely. I think their prices are comparable to the other family run nail salons in town. The place itself isnt anything to write home about, but they people are nice and do a decent job. This isnt a fancy place, like Casals. If thats what youre expecting, you will be disappointed. This is a no frills nail salon. I have always liked them and keep coming back for a reason. Most of the time, theres a wait. I actually like when people dont talk to me, so it doesnt matter to me when they I get a technician who doesnt want to speak.

Everyone is great and they do an excellent job! My nails always look so nice when I get them done there. They give the best pedicures!

They go too fast. They literally made two of my cuticles bleed. And my moms cuticles were bleeding too. They also dont let the nail polish dry in between coats, so when you think the top is dry, you get in your car and bump it into something and it smears. They are nice but dont do a great job on acrylics, go to gel nails a few buildings down.

The experience I had in this place was just so bad I feel compelled to share it so that others could have a better experience somewhere, anywhere else. Aside from the condition of this salon, which was ultra poor, the woman who gave me a pedicure was just so mean and cold I almost felt like I offended her just by coming in. She rushed through so fast and seemed to hate anything she was doing for me, but it gets even better. She never spoke except when she tried to get me to agree to a deluxe pedicure. I could tell without a doubt that would only mean more money--not a better experience, so when I said no to her, she became even more cold which I didnt think was possible. When she was done (in approximately 10 minutes), the same woman did my manicure. I so seldom get manicures and wanted to treat myself to something better than I could do myself. She rushed through this as well, and once again became visibly upset when I declined her suggestion to use gel polish. She used a paper towel for my hands with the exception of a hot wash rag that she barked at me to get up and use myself over their sink. At this point I would love to use profanity to express how I felt, but I will refrain. After I made her touch up two of my finger nails that were smudged, she left me at the drying stand in front, without so much as a smile or, God forbid, a thank you. I noticed I was the only person in there and could see why. My pedicure looked decent, but my manicure couldnt look worse than if I had done it myself. After a short time at the drying stand, I was more than ready to leave. I was going to ask someone to get my keys out of my purse for me, but there was no one in the area--just a couple employees I barely noticed sitting on the unlit floor in the back hallway, none of whom were looking my way. I walked out the door, a stranger near my car got my keys out for me, and that was that. She definitely did not earn the money I paid. I of course will never return to this place. Instead, I will go to a friendly, service oriented salon where I could be persuaded to get the deluxe everything and feel good about it!

Wendy and Tom are 5 star. The daughter was too but she moved. The other people aren’t as detailed but it’s a nice place hard to understand at times but great price.

Terrible. The service was horrible, over priced for a terrible mess of slapped on polish. Please dont waste your time or money. Sky nails is down the street, go there. They are the best in town. And the fancy nails owner was screaming in my face because her nail tech who is most likely unlicensed, did a terrible job.

The service is very poor, and there are many other nail salons that do a way better job.

The most horrible service I have ever experienced. Had to return the very next day because of my gel peeling off, and then arrived to be insulted. and then to top it off they are expensive save your time and money$$$ ladies its just not worth it.!!!!

Ruined my wifes nails. Had to have them replaced. Poor work.
