I see a therapist and his name is Alex(Every one goes by first names) and he has made me more outspoken. Im am a really shy person when it comes to people I dont know.I also have a psychiatrist named Fabian, and compared to the psychiatrists I had before he is really good. He actually listens to me and is very understanding. He doesnt give me just any medicine. He takes his job seriously and I love that because I had doctor that didnt care about his job and prescribed me the wrong meds and refused to change it once I told him I dont feel like myself taking these medications.

If I could give them less then one star I would gladly do so. From the less than helpful front desk to the awful way they treat people I hardly know where to begin. If you or a loved one are in need of help stay far away from them. Not only was the psych I was seeing rude and condescending, he literally made joking remarks about my serious disorders. He mocked my issues with weight gain because of the medication they put me on, and on top of that refused to even tell me what I was being treated for. This is the most unprofessional medical office Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

When there as Turning Point, now this new company. TP was a dump. And I am sure this place still is. Run, dont walk, find a good place to go. And they have changed their medications for people no more this or that after all these years, what a JOKE!!!!

Be warned stay far far far far far far far away. They care nothing and I mean nothing about the clients. You will become 100 times worse after they finish bullying, mocking and mistreating you. I have a good friend who has been in crisis because of Coleman. They have abused her almost since day 1.Treating her worse then an animal which is what they think all of you are. You can go to jail for leaving a dog in freezing temperatures but at Coleman its fine to do it to an older human with physical disabilities who was late for an appointment and didnt have a ride. No hat gloves or decent coat. They slammed the door and said you can not come in even to wait. When she became too cold and sought protection from the elements, she was verbally attacked from several people from every direction even some very close.They are into themselves not helping you. Lives have been destroyed under this name. Go elsewhere. A wrongful death lawsuit was brought against them, need I say more. If Susan was any help I wouldnt have written this review. She does not work in the best interest of the client in my opinion. Protection of the agency is the top priority. You might be told the offenders were punished, but there is no proof.

Terrible, been going to this facility since I was a kid, now suddenly Coleman owns it and thinks 30 years of the same medicine given from my doctor and shrink is wrong and are anti stimulants and I have ADHD. I hope they go bankrupt. This facility is filthy. Windows have the same dirt on them for years. Its a ran down shack. They dont care about how you feel, they have their own agenda.

I would rather go to Coleman’s then anywhere else because at least they help with your problems or anything you need they are there to help
