Alterations Express always does a professional job. I’ve been going there for over 10 years, and I’m pleased to see some of the same seamstresses and fitters present. The only downside is the price-expensive! However, the quality work somewhat justifies that.

Took my Steeler winter jacket to be fixed here. They did a great job so Im back again. Cant wait to see how they fix my zippers on some of my clothing that I needed done.And having some dry cleaning done also.

They advertise alterations while you wait....I walked in with an outfit that needed to be hemmed. The lady at the desk asked me when I needed it by, I said tomorrow. She said no way, I have several dresses due by tomorrow I havent even started yet....complete waste of a trip. Id rate with a zero star but it wont post without one.

I also use their dry cleaning services. Always do a nice job with both alterations and dry cleaning.

Very unprofessional. My daughter took her dress there and they snagged it in two different places. They deny that they did it but we know for a fact that they did. There was nothing wrong with it except it didn’t fit right in the shoulders. So they fixed that for her but snagged it 2 places. They offered to fix it so we let them. We came back to get the dress and it looked a lot better but that’s not the point. Lying about it and not telling us and not fixing it. They were hoping we would not notice. We paid extra so it would be ready the same day. It was for a Wedding and we told them when we brought it in. The manager called my daughter and denied any wrongdoing and told her they would not be reimbursing because we could not prove they did it. Which is another lie. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I would not recommend it at all! She was charged $73. I would expect half of that back but they are very unprofessional and won’t so they are getting this bad review. If they would give her $35 back, she would be happy.

I brought in some jeans up have a new rivet button, Im not exactly sure what the metal button that is not stitched on is called. I was calling up till the site right at 7 and the woman inside locked the door. I tried to let her know that I just wanted to drop off the jeans for repair. She could not just me and told me to go down to the other door, the dry cleaning side. She said that the alternations part closes at 7 and the dry cleaner is open until 8. She said I could bring them back in the morning. I had to request that she write up a ticket for the requested button replacement and put it in the alterations side. She had my meme and number. I asked to have them call me with any updates. She said she would. I waited all afternoon but received no call. I decided to go before they close to check in them. The lady who waited on me and said that on Saturday alterations closes at 6. She said that get aunt call when it is done. The card and the first lady said they should be ready by 5 and the second lady said that means they would not call. She returned my hands think. It looks and it functioning great now

A few weeks back I brought a pair of pants in to be hemmed. I took them home and didnt think twice since hemming is a pretty simple alteration. I threw the pants on before work and headed in for a long day. It wasnt until I got to work that I realized how short these pants really were. It was so embarrassing! I was able to leave work and went straight there since they advertise altering while you wait. Well I was the only person in there, and even though they had screwed them up in the first place, and I was willing to pay again to have them fixed, they wouldnt let me wait for them since I didnt have any other pants with me to put on while I waited. They have little dressing rooms. I just cant wrap my head around why I couldnt stand in one of those rooms while they corrected their mistake so that I could go back to work. I didnt have enough time to go back home so I had to go and buy new pants at tj max so that I could get back to work. I ended up spending way too much money on a simple easy alteration that went wrong. Ill never go back after the way the lady spoke to me. Customer service is everything, and Ill take my alterations and dry cleaning elsewhere.

Excellent service and quality work. I stopped in to have a button sewn back onto my jacket and they got right on it. Will be back to dry clean the coat before putting it away for the season.

Do not go here. We took an $800 prom dress here for alterations. We got it back and it was totally wrinkled. We asked them to correct it and they said there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their problem. It wasn’t wrinkled when we brought there. Terrible customer service. We will take our business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I was the best man in a wedding and we had a groomsman whos pants werent hemmed. It was about an hour and a half before the wedding and the people at Alterations Express saved the day. They got his pants done in a half hour.

Excellent! They were able to do some alterations extremely quickly for an event that came up. Very reasonable prices, quick turnaround time.

Brought my suit pants in here to be shortened on three different occasions. All three times, never got them short enough. Second time, stitching came out! Third time I brought them in, I dont think they even did anything to them. Will NEVER go back to this place! Save your $, go elsewhere!!!

Dropped a dress & top for alteration 2days ago to pickup today after 5pm. Dress to be tucked from top 2 shoulders, bottom of top hangs like handkerchief wanted it to be straight. Was quoted $53!!!! Told if it were for tomorrow after5 $10 less. I go today 5:30 its not ready yet, finishing last stitches!! Then steam it!! Next in line!!!!I waited for cashier to finish 2 customers while shes ignoring me, stepped up & told herits not ok. I paid extra to receive it after 5 still got indifferent attitude, the other cashier laughed!! Another came saying stop stop.. Dont shout!! Seamstress went out of town (as if thats my problem .. Besides.. Phone# is not a souvenir from me!!!) Ill take the express off. She took $4.80 off as if I asked from the start to have it following day!! Asked for her name. Said shes the manager gave me a card Angie. This location is around 25 mins away from me, had lots to do, but went again by 7!! Tried at home, top hem sooo bad (uneven, part round, part straight..) dress very badly finished, overlay opens at back!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!
