I come here frequently... Or CAME HERE frequently to hand wash my car. Most of the time I bring my own quarters because there change machine never works and the credit card machines never work either. This time had multiple dollars in quarters eaten by the self serve bay. I then try to get change the machine doesnt work. And then I use my credit card and it says it works and then the gun it barely spraying anything. I select cancel, and find that my card was charged $12!!! I then had to use the auto wash to get the soap off my car!! Which was $7 with no drying!! I want my money back!! PHONE NUMBER DOESNT NOT WORK!!

Place has trash overflowing everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Smells like theres a body hidden somewhere to be honest. When i selected soap, and wax it seemed like it was just spraying water even after giving it time to switch. Used to come here often, but now i think ill go elsewhere.

The owners of this establishment should be ashamed for their poor service and false advertisement. If you use a credit card for the self-wash it says that the cost is a minimum 3.50. Fine. I understand an additional charge for convenience and the machine tells you the amount you’ll pay based on your time of use. I hit STOP (the power-washer shuts down) while the price still reads 3.50 and yet I get charged 12.00? This has happened to me twice now, and will not happen again. I strongly recommend anywhere else than JJA Car Wash.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Spent ten dollars to get the top wash and it barely washed. No water pressure very little soap. The light was stuck on rinse and it never rinsed. My car has all of these spots of what I can only hope are soap spots that will wash off in a better car wash. It didn’t even touch the back of the car. When I called the number it was a fax line. Will never enter this car wash again.

Place was terrible. All the trash cans were full. The change machine only gives out tokens and ran out. The pressure on the nozzle sucked there was no soap in the brush. Really would not recommend.

Pretty good car wash, lost ten bucks in the machine, but it was probably my fault the light was flashing not to enter. I called and received a voucher for another wash in a very timely manner!

Very convenient location, on my way home from work and the wash was great, the rainX coating really helps out!

Charged my card $8 and then didnt work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES AT THIS CAR WASH.

Usually I have no problems here, but the other day the change machine ate a $10 bill. I tried to call their phone number several times, but I dont know that its connected.

Took my car to rinse off the seasonal elements. Bottom charge is 3.50 and I used it until the machine said $4.75 then pressed the stop button. It said my final charge was $4.75 but when I checked my bank account it had charged me $12.00. Can’t call the number posted either because their “agents” are busy 24/7...

Good car much better than the one on South Ave by Western Reserve Rd

I swiped my card at one machine to get an auto wash. The machine charged my card and the wash didnt work.I used the second bay and it worked. I was charged twice and was unable to get a refund.Ive been calling the number thats posted on the wall if we experienced any problems. No one has been answering for 24 hours and you cant leave a message.

Watch this place used my card to wash my car ended the sale at $4.50 and they charged my card for $12.00 dollars tryed to call and their phone is disconnected

Worst car wash I’ve ever seen

Used the automated touchless car wash. I never have high expectations for touchless but this was less than effective in cleaning my car.

Washed car with debit card hit stop. Final charge said $4.25. When I checked my bank statement the charge was $12.00 tried to call the number and nobody answered. Going to concrete a perminat sign in front of this establishment in the devils strip to warn any other people.

Wasted $8.00. Didnt even get the bottom of car clean
