I would highly recommend Prime Storage. Their staff is so professional but more importantly very courteous and friendly. Their facility is very well kept and clean. I moved to California and I had my belongings in their storage for approximately 3 years before I could get my stuff and everything was kept the way I left it. Temperature controlled and nothing was damaged or ruined. Thank you again Prime Storage.

I have used multiple storage units for my business throughout the last dozen years or so. Im always impressed by the cleanliness and safety here at Prime Storage. I can honestly say its the best storage facility I have used to date. Kelly and Jean in the front office are so very helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend!

Great place and fantastic staff

In the summer of 2017, I parked my truck there. They charged me double their usual amount.One of my friends was charged half my amount. They change their price from one person to another and from day to day.I found much cheaper space for storage in the same area close to the Petro Truck Stop.

I store my car at Shepherd Self Storage, which I have done for the last three years, and I locked myself out of my house. My only spare key to my house was in my car that I have stored at Shepherd. I called the emergency number, which is posted on the outside of the gate, since it was an emergency that I could not get into my house. The sign posted outside the building states that non-emergency calls will results in a fee. Since it was an emergency, I assumed (according to their sign) that I would not be charged. I was informed that I will be charged a $27 fee because they deemed my call a non-emergency.When I called to ask about why they had deemed my call a non-emergency, they said because an emergency does not constitute an emergency on my part, but rather on theirs only, such as a broken keypad or a faulty gate. This is not defined in my contract or on the sign, nor was it explained to me by any employee. The woman I spoke to also stated that recently, they have received an influx of calls that have been deemed non-emergency and she did not understand why. I informed her that the lack of clarification on the sign, the neglectfulness to place the policy in the contract, and the lack of effective communication from employees could be the root of the problem. She then explained she does not have the power to take away the fee, even though she can see where the sign is faulty.It is unfair that clients are being charged for a service, which is constituted as an emergency, as the sign clearly deems.This business needs to be investigated for unlawfully charging clients for a fee that is in nowhere stated or defined.

We have been storing items at this storage facility for several years and would never think of going any where else.This facility is secure and climate controlled and clean.One of the other factors that attribute to us staying at this facility is the service.Christine and Jeff are simply the BEST!They dont treat us like a customer,They treat us like family!We love every thing about this facility and would never dream of going anywhere else.We are originally from New Jersey and wish we could have ever found a facility like this anywhere in the state along with the best customer service from Christine and Jeff that we have ever seen!We highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of storage and the best in customer service!
