Rates change so often. The rent has gone up multiple times since Ive been there (less than 6 mo). The key pad is so short that if youre in a taller vehicle and you are a short person, you have to get out of your vehicle just to key in your code. The people running it are never anywhere to be seen. And I have had mice in my unit (and I have no food in there). Not the best place in the area. I recommend the place in cornersburg. $60 a month and never changes

Lewis and The crew at life storage are always excellent! They explain things thoroughly, but are very efficient as well. I switched credit cards that were on automatic payment and they immediately let me know so there would be no problems. Always friendly and helpful! Ask about 24 / Hour access for only $10 more per month!Our Life Storage team offered everything we needed for our move ; boxes, packing tape, wrapping and more!We ordered our unit online in about 5 minutes.Then, 10 minutes later [ we were nearby], we were in our new unit and greeted by a welcome bag with a padlock!This was after hours! Easiest move in process

Louis was an incredible help and was very patient answering all of my questions. Life Storage met all of our needs and couldnt have been more accommodating!

Been in retail for over 20 years, I am familiar with service. These people have their sh@t together. I rented a climate controlled indoor unit while we are in between homes during a move. The unit is spotless and has no odor since it’s climate controlled, the access is excellent, their entire facility is clean and the staff is very competent. I would use this place again if the need for storage arrived again. Wes has been our rep the entire time, very friendly and 100% familiar with the process.

Nice people, but a $29 per month unit really costs about $42 per month when you include the mandatory $12 per month insurance.Want to pay by phone? That will cost $4.95 extra.Want to pay your bill online without a login account? That will cost $4.95 extra.That could put you around $47 per month for that $29 per month unit, LOL.This stuff is probably an industry standard though. Its ... a storage business thing....

Great place! Good rates. Clean and safe. About 3 or 4 months after first renting, Louis Pifer, the manager there, called to tell me the lock on the unit was not placed correctly, keeping it from locking. I was so grateful he called to let us know right away. Nothing was disturbed which also shows how well protected the units are! Everyone weve dealt with there has been friendly, professional, and helpful. GREAT place.

Mr. Pifer was awesome! Great experience. Very informative, and explained everything in detail. He didnt take long with paperwork which was another plus. He was really cool and knows every customer on first name basis which I think is great. He stated how much he loves his job and you can tell how he was with us and the other customers. Everyone at this facility was helpful, friendly and accommodating beyond what I expected. When I mentioned that I had a lot of moisture in my unit I was told thats not uncommon and I didnt feel like I was stuck with what I had or that my concern was stupid or unwarranted because I was immediately offered another unit if I wanted one. Ive used Blakes storage in the past and got treated like dirt by an old man that always answers the phone there and wish I would have found Uncle Bobs much sooner. The facilities are clean, the roads are smooth and paved, all areas are lighted with security cameras and theyre all just REALLY nice!

First time using a rental facility in more than 25 years, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated like a family member! Clean, organized, knowledgeable associate--what else could I ask for. Time spent was reasonable and informative, and I really enjoyed the attention I was given! Highly recommend this storage center!!

I Have nothing but good things to say about Uncle Bobs in Boardman . The people are nice. When you walk in they make sure you are greeted with a friendly smile, and when the prices changed they made me aware of the changes right away, In my case they paid the 10 cents I owed for me. I give them five stars for that .

I just finished 11 months storing with Life Storages’ boardman location. I would definetly reccomend this location. I called 4 competitors and they were either cheaper or the same cost. From signing the lease to stopping in to grab some items, I was very happy with the customer service. The area is very secure and they monitor the units frequently. Wes remembered my name every time he saw me and was always sure to ask if I needed anything. I didn’t have any experience with paying my bill late, but I was informed that rent is due the first of the month and if it was late there would be late fees that cannot be waived. I would definelty recommend working with them! I was actually even interested in franchising with them based off of my experience.

Staff is friendly. Place is organized and clean and they offer plenty of promos so you dont break the bank getting started!

The staff at this facility were very helpful, professional and friendly. They called if the unit wasnt locked properly, which showed they checked on them. I dont have any comparison, but in general I think its just really expensive.
