John is very kind and knowledgeable. I spoke to many mold remediation companies before I spoke with John and he asked the same questions that others did and assured me that what I was seeing was not mold. He offered to come look at it to give me a peace of mind free of charge. During his visit he inspected the interior and exterior to give me pointers on what I needed to do to fix what I was experiencing. He didnt try to sell me a service, just offered me an abundance of helpful information to keep my basement dry! If I unlikely ever need services in the future it will be through John!
