Be careful before you hire this company to clean your area rugs. They cleaned, or should I say tried to clean our rug. When it was returned it had “browning” in several areas. They tried to clean it again with no success. Bill keeps ignoring my voicemails. The rug cost $1200 and is now ruined after only two years. Hard to see how this company was voted Best in York.

The carpets are cleaned and smell nice as well. The only issue I had with them was over initial call they quoted me less than $200 but when they arrive to perform the cleaning they changed the quote to $250 and when I asked the reason they had no specific answer despite my house is less than 30% carpeted.The cleaning they performed is really good and I will suggest others to do business with them but get rates finalised at first place.

We are selling a house and called them for an estimate. They immediately called me back, gave me an estimate that was much less than I expected, and worked with me to schedule the cleaning so it worked into my our schedule. They showed up on time, were very friendly and easy to deal with, and did a fantastic job quickly.

We just had two floors of carpet cleaned by Leppo and our FAVORITE TECHNICIAN, Bill. Bill always does a WORLD CLASS job and he even exceeded our expectations with a fabulous clean of our well used carpet. Bills attention to detail is second to none and we cant thank him enough for rejuvenating our carpet. And hes been doing this time and time again for years. Thank you Bill tremendously... and hes our guy... for LIFE. None do it better than him. Just Fabulous results.

We had Leppo out to clean the carpet in our basement and upstairs bedrooms. The tech was exceedingly friendly, very meticulous, and explained our options and pricing up front. There were no surprises and no weird add ons.The carpets look like new and dried quickly.Leppo is the best in the area and well worth having them on normal rotation to come out and clean.

Leppo was scheduled to clean my carpet and furniture on a Friday afternoon between 12 and 4. I spent the morning removing all items from the floor and end tables and arranged my schedule so Id be home when they arrived. At 3:30 the man who was to show up said he was too tired to come out and do 3 more hours of work and the job would have to be rescheduled. Leppo told me they couldnt reschedule me until the following Friday when Id have to again rearrange everything in my room and block out another afternoon for the job. Poor scheduling on their part and a worker too tired to keep an appointment does not demonstrate good customer service.

You get what you pay for!! They cleaned wall-to-wall on three full floors of my daughters new home and never left paper for movers to walk on or pads to put under the furniture legs because they claimed they didnt know where to put the paper down or where to put the pads for the furniture legs. Really? After bragging about being in the business 30+ years?! Leave the products anyway. We couldve figured it out since you couldnt. Carpets still wet 3 days later and, yes Leppo, the AC and fans are still running.

I cant say enough about the fantastic service we received! Customer service was exemplary and the finished product was more than exceptional.
