Mike is very trustworthy. I trust him more than I trust Mercedes because of how long hes been working on Mercedes, along with his integrity. Hell recommend only whats best for you and your car. Even if I just have a question for him ill call and ask before I make the decision. I recommended my dad (drives an S-Class) to service his car at Mikes shop as well. Based on the other reviews, it looks like there is consensus here.List of services I go to Mike for regularly:- Oil change (because he uses specialty oil) [about 30 minutes]- Transmission flush- State inspection- Air filter changes- Top up fluids- Spark plug changes
