I had a great experience! The staff was all super friendly and kind and Phoebe did an amazing job on my nails. She was careful and I love how the shape and design came out. She was a pleasure to talk to as well. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.

The facility is nice and very friendly staff. The reason I only have 3 star was for the polish I received from this facility. I received regular manicure and pedicure. For the pedicure the whole nail bed was not covered with the nail polish and was sloppy on the edges. During the manicure I recieved a cut from the nail filer, there were bubbles on the nail, the edges were not done very well. I had to erase it after 2 days because it looked bad.

DONT COME HERE!!!!! They schedule you for an appointment and keep you waiting IN COLD WATER. As they work on other people. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT I waited I. Cold water for 20 mins.This place SUCKS.

Ritz nails is awesome! The entire staff is kind and Tweety is super welcoming. Nene did an amazing job on my nails too! Five stars all the way! :)

Just had the best nail salon experience of my life. Not over exaggerating, the pedicure was AMAZING and my nails are PERFECT. The chairs were not too hard and you are in complete control of the remote, the music was relaxing, it was sparkling clean, and we got a 20 minute massage INCLUDED IN THE PEDICURE. 11/10 would recommend. And they have SO. MANY. COLORS. (They have been under new ownership for two months, so if you’ve had a bad experience in the past, they are completely new people!)

Very clean, nice relaxing music, NOT SPORTS! Ugh I hate that when other places have Sports on or some stupid program on - I know guys go too but I’m old school & still feel it’s a woman’s world! And, no screaming kids! I’ve raised two & have grandkids but love a relaxing environment and appreciate it!!! I work hard all week & want to relax. LOL - although like men with clean nails!
