Avoid this carwash!Went today with my vehicle to get the best wash they had, because I had cleaned it in a while. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle, until it came out of the wash! The valve on the tire is completely snapped off, which Im assuming they didnt align the car properly on the tracks. Spoke with the cashier, as everyone else has mentioned no manger or owner to be found, except my phone. She mentioned that owner wouldnt pay for the damages, but would offer a tow, which he wouldnt also apparently pay for. She mentioned he would call when i gave him my number, but never called me. But after speaking with cashier evebtually got the tow. Hopefully they will pay for the damages. Suggest going anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would! The service was atrocious! They barely dried my car and when I asked them to dry my wheels the worker told me that he isn’t doing it and that I can do it! He refused to DRY my wheels as if it was an extra add on! Then expects me to dry them myself!ABSOLUTE JOKE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Need to update the cleaning wheel brushes, attendants very good, owners need to maintain the brushes machines.

AVOID THIS PLACE!They just don’t care about customer service, just asked the to clean the windshield because it has bird droppings right in the middle of it, the man outside refused to clean it. When I went inside to ask about what could be done about a very young girl at the register, said that there were no manager to talk to, no boss.The only thing I could do was to ask for a piece of cloth and cleaned it my self the best I could.JUST STAY AWAY!

Love this place. They have the best Car fresheners. They do a great job for t hff e price. Friendly and efficient. Will address any concerns you have.

Terrible, they offer three levels - good better the best and I got The best… vacuum, wash, tires cleaned wiped dry … none of that was done… I wish I could post a pic … when I asked about the service I paid, I was told ; it was automatically done by the machines…I have breadcrumbs still in my car…when I opened the door it was all wet ..nobody touched the car not even to whip it dry… don’t waist your money … most of us work really hard for that kind of money…

Car wasnt very clean after doing their Best wash

I was very displeased with quality of service. I chose the best option which is called the Best and this was the worst I have seen my car after a car wash. The car was not wiped properly, they were water marks on the windows. The tires were not shinned. The inside was okay, but definitely not what one expects of the Best option. This car wash is only good if you want to get some heavy dirt off your car, but for a proper wash, it fails. Advice to management, please give customers what they pay for, this is not okay.

Ive been coming to Central Park Auto Wash for years. The work they do, as well as the service, has always been good.HOWEVER, this past weekend, Sunday February 21, 2021, for the first time, instead of being initially met by one of the washers to determine which type of wash I was interested in, I was met by an aggressive sales person forcefully attempting upsell me the most expensive option.This was so rude and unexpected that Im planning on taking my business to another car wash down the street.

Disappointed as the inside along doors werent even touched. The mud that was there went I got there were still there when I left. Cup holders not vacuumed tissues that were in the doors were still there very disappointed for the money spent for $25 not worth it since I had to come home and finish cleaning the car myself.

Work is a bit sloppy...but price is pretty good.

This is by far the WORST CAR WASH I have ever, I MEAN EVER, been to. The workers threatened me physically and then the BOSS threatened me verbally on the phone. I had to involve law enforcement, and I am a former law enforcement officer myself..

Ordered the best, and they didnt clean dash, clean windows, or tire shine. They also left marks after dying. Not worth it.

Car was pretty dirty from the winter. I came here and paid for the best. Which was around 25 dollars. They didnt do the best. They didnt use the amoral on the tires to make them shiny and when they were drying the car they actually left alot of soap on bottom of the door. The worst part about all of this was before we allowed them into the car we cleaned out all the big stuff like cups and bags and left them the easy part to just vacuum I even told them just vacuum. When I drove off I was happy to see my car clean but when I got home I was missing my prescription which I left at the passenger seat soo Im not sure if they have sticky fingers or accidentally threw it out but for a fact they lost a customer. Im going back tomorrow soo if you wanna know what happens. Make sure to come back, read and like.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Highly don’t recommend this car wash.

I went to wash my car yesterday and they charged me for something I didn’t receive. I’m paying 23.99 for just an exterior wash and vacuum. Something that should’ve been 12.99. So I call them and their response is we can’t do anything for you because the guy put it in like that because that’s what you got. I explained I didn’t receive any of those services if I can get a refund for the amount I didn’t receive. He went on and on about watching a camera. Very unprofessional. Sad because I always go here. They don’t give the best car washes anyway. I’ve had bird poop still on my car still after a car wash. Highly do not recommend. Unless you want to be over charged and unsatisfied.

Car wash has been a fixture in the neighborhood, decent prices all the washes are below 25.00. they did a great job on cleaning the interior of my work van and got out every one of the pumpkin seed shells!

There is no manager to talk about your problem. Cashier is the king and behaves nasty and hostile to the customers. I have never seen this kind of place in US. The employees look like unhappy and it effects their job. They do not clean your plastic carpet, they do it up and down. There is no place to complaint, because they say that they are so busy. They do not have time to go to the other side of the car. They order you to turn your car. Never go this place.

This was not worth it whatsoever. I purchased The Best and my car certainly didnt get the best. They washed my rubber mats and they were put back in my car soaking wet, that can cause mold damage on the carpets in any car. I paid for a tire shine and they didnt even shine my tires. Lastly, I paid for a hand dry of my car and the entire right side of my car was soaking wet. I needed to dry it once I got home. It was a waste of $24 and I will not being going back ever again.

Been a customer at this car wash 35 years, they changed ownership 2 or 3 years ago since then the quality has continually gotten worse while the price has steadily increased time for a change

It was okay. My front window was not crystal clear as it normally would be when I get my car washed at the place I usually go to. It also costs a lot more than what I pay where I normally take my car. It was a late Sunday afternoon and I wanted to get my car washed because its parked most of the time now since the pandemic started. Plus you have remove the pollen and dust particles that accumulate all over the outside of the car.

Terrible they dont even wipe the inside of the car correctly, they just rush everything. Dont go to this place its a waste of money.

Don’t waste your time or money. Luckily I only got an exterior wash. Still $9 bucks and the car came out dirty still. The guy working the front desk was nowhere to be found the entire time I was inside waiting. When my car was done I finally found him outside chatting away at another car. Paid zero attention to the customers inside. Use to be a great car wash. Not anymore.

We’ve been using this car wash for about a year. Every time the car came out partially dirty regardless to the type of wash we paid for. Last time our car got grey marks on the roof, probably from contact with metal. We have white sedan and the marks are very visible. The car is leased and additional scratches may cause problem on return. The stuff is looking underpaid, overworked and dirty. The management has to take more care about the workers. I dont think we will use this car wash ever again.

Worse car wash ever, just spent 24 dollars and they didn’t vacuum the trunk, the car is all dusty in the inside and didn’t even clean the mirrors or windows. My car looks better in the morning when it rains during the night. Never Again !!!!!!

New ownership. Stupid new owners wont accept books of interior and exterior car washes I purchased with the nice former owner. They claim a notice was put up inside their office about the change of ownership and that books would be honored for only two months. Well the winter and the spring weather has been lousy and I havent been there in awhile. So how would I know about that!!! Meanwhile the hundreds of us that bought those discount books are getting screwed. I know Ill never give the new owners my business. And the new guys prices are off the charts. $13.99 just for an exterior wash!!! So the new owner will be losing the very types of people with money who bought the books of discount washes in the first place. I look forward to seeing this guy go out of business. The manager was very curt and rude to the woman in front of me who also had just bought the book around Christmas time and now shes out all that money. She said shed contact News 12 when she got home that night. And I did contact them via email to complain about this guy. So Im stuck with 2 books of exterior car washs and 2 books of exterior only car washes. Wonderful!!!

The car was cleaned nicely. Two employees have the same model car. The next day I noticed one of my tire/rim caps was missing. I called and a lady told me it was there. When I went to pick it up 5 hours later ...they had no idea what I was talking about. They had no idea who answered their phone that morning. Keep an eye on your car parts and any belongings left in the car for that matter. Very tacky.

The worst to the worst they dont clean rims and i paid almost 30$ left with dirty windows and rims and they dont dry the top of car they told me they dont do it to no cars never again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Aside from a horrible car wash possibly the worst I’ve ever had, when I went in to pay they were selling tiny bottles of hand sanitizer for $10! Taking advantage of people during a time like this they should be ashamed. I will never give them business again. I hope they get shut down.

I am down the street right now. I ordered the best option, and it received no such treatment. I tipped generously and watched the car from start to finish. Never again. If you must come here, pay for the cheapest option possible. It will receive the same treatment as the most expensive one. (I have a small car as well).

I tried this car wash because I thought it was the old owner, but they are new owners. My car came out of the wash with SCRATCHES on the drivers and passenger doors and brushlike scratches on the hood of car. I’m so sorry I even called, he wasn’t even apologetic. I even paid extra for the tires and they are still dirty. Hopefully I can get those scratches out with a detail... I’m so upset... I should have known they weren’t as professional as the old owners!

I would give a zero if i could. Considring i paid for your best car wash the car was not even dried my windows are all dirty. Tires have no shine. When i asked your employee he replied the machine does it as if he has no job being there besides rolling a dirty towel on i guess a dirty car after it has already been washed!!! Ironic! I generally leave great reviews and tend to check but figured hey i see a car wash lets do it. I am sure we can wasg a car for $24 and at least do a decent job. You dont wanna run business well dont just do your customers a favor and close the place down. Thank you for keeping my car dirty. Great Job.

Not at all thorough. Dirt left on carpets and on interiors. Not much effort other than to get the car in and out quickly. Disappointing.

This carwash has an awkward turn to get into the actual wash, so if youre not a great driver, beware. The service is fast considering the lines but that also comes at the expense of cleanliness. Ive never received a fully satisfactory wash, even at slow periods. They pre power wash the outside and it still comes out with dirty spots. Machinery looks like its fully functioning so I cant tell you what the problem is. But that seems to be the case with most commercial car washes.

I wish I could give zero stars. They are sexist and treat women horribly. Had the same wash service 2 weeks in a row and the car was washed 10000 times better when my husband took the car in. Ladies .. do not go here.

Very rude owner of highest order. I went in last evening to get my car washed and the owner was very rude (I guess he had to wash cars because i did not see the regular washing guys...i hope they all left him...). I was clearing up my cup tray to get my car washed and the guy who called himself as the owner was knocking on my window restlessly and was very aggressive..no smile..Then i opened the door and he yelled why arnt you opening the window. Then he said we are only doing exterior wash and it would have been better if you had opened the window which could have saved our time....seriously!!!........the machine was switched off..no cars in the bay...i was the only car to be washed and it would saved his time????!!!! he said he is the owner of this place...good for them! an angry young man! He then mentioned we are closed and refused to wash my car..to which i left with a smile ......:-) ....I have been using this car wash for past 6 years with all my 14 fleet cars every week. They lost 728 washes in a year and with an average of $10 per wash....they lost a sale of $7280 in a year...the old guys were great...they used to do a good job...By the way.,...their new brushes are not equipped to wash the huge cars as the roller does not wash the back of the car...I also noticed that they lost more customers with new ownership.....good luck !

I brought my new Lincoln MKX 2017 and regret it bringing it here! In many areas of the car were dirty, they did not dry the car, they left lot of linen on the car and on the windows but the worst part a long scratch on the driver side! Stay away from this place!

Trash. Paid $8.50 for an exterior wash. When it came time for the workers to wipe my car down, they basically just walked away with it half wet, then looked at me as if to say What?. I couldnt believe it. Also, my car was still dirty after the wash and fake dry. Wouldnt spend a dime here again.
