I took my Audi to them after buying it since the radio and speaker didn’t work I had my own deck for stereo but the wires were so messed I took it to them and they did such a great job fixing it and didn’t charge a lot recommend them to anyone needed something done real nice and definitely great customer service and great attitude thank you guys so much

Ive gone to these guys a few times before and they are amazing at what they do I would highly recommend them I keep going back for a reason! They are the best price in town and they do great quality work!! I love my window tinting and never had a problem with them!

Had keyless entry installed. Had trouble with it and had to take it back a couple times, but they were great at getting me back in and fixing the problem. Just keep ur receipt. Most of the guys provide awesome customer service.

Three different visits to get stereo wiring fixed that they installed. Problem still there stereo cuts off and on. Had door speakers installed too. 1500 dollars spent total and I now have a stereo that barely works busted clips on both front door panels and a hole in rear deck lid speaker cover. Extremely dissatisfied with the work performed here and to top it off customer service acts like its no big deal. I will not be back and I recommend anybody that cares about the quality of work performed on there vehicle to look elsewhere this is not a rant but cold hard facts. Shop elsewhere if you want quality work period...

Had them install a new radio with backup camera. The radio install kept me from shifting below Drive, could not use manual mode or 1 and 2nd on a truck that I haul with. The backup camera is slightly off center and they didnt install my tailgate they took off for the camera. That would normally warrant a 1 star however they have been very responsive and at no change fixed the shifting and fixed my remote start FOB without cost.

These guys have been around for a while. Was looking for a stereo for my boys car. Didnt want to spend a lot and these guys helped me pick the right stereo at a good price. Couldnt pass up the price. A solid Birthday present. Best place for a car stereo in Yakima.

Where do I start. First my remote start only works lwhen it wants to. My back window is peeling. My panels are loose and tried to use this sticky stuff hold my doors together. Would never go back again

Though they fixed the issue, the time it took was extremely long. 7 hours with no estimation or notice and customer service was not welcoming. Got the feeling they just didnt care or could care less.

Way overpriced. They say free installation, nothing is free in life. Probably paid about $500 over what I should have. Now my hands free calling in my truck does not even work now. Just remember that nothing is free in life......

Worst customer service ever! So I got something don and literally put a new hood the day before and when I picked it up saw couple dings on my hood so I talked to idk who this guy is owner/manger but I told him my problem and his response was I have 6 guys inside that are ready to fight! I was so confused so I literally just left and then a week later what they installed stopped working . Had to take it to the old super store of sound to fix there mistakes. Would never recommend this shop

I had to swap an aftermarket stereo with another with a touchscreen and they did it in about an hour and for a fair price. The results were honestly really good

I called for pricing on tint and remote start and got in the next day. Eric was very helpful and very patient, being I wasnt sure what all I wanted to get at the time if my call. Took my truck in the next day and it took them less time then expected to get everything done. Ive always had my tint done at there shop and never had problems with it. Thank you guys for good service at fare prices.

Took my GMC 3500 company vehicle in to replace my amplifier, there currently wasnt one in the truck. I was quoted an amount and was told how long it should take. It took much longer than they anticipated, and they wired everything completely wrong. They hooked the power source to an area that didnt allow the amplifier to turn off properly, so when the truck shut off the amplifier would continue to run. Even with the doors open you could hear the amplifier attempting to draw power, the speakers would crackle and then pop when the amp finally lost power. The sound worked for about an hour before completely cutting out and only running out of my front tweeters. I took the truck back and they told me that the noise was normal....come on now.They also installed a bluetooth amp in a truck with built in bluetooth. The amp would pull too much power an instantly put the truck in limp mode while driving, once unplugging the main power source, the truck went back to normal. Not only was it installed incorrectly they also felt the need to blare my stereo as loud as possibly to test it, dont see why that is needed. When i stepped out into their shop to ask why they were blaring my stereo they told me it was common practice, I knew it wasnt. The front speakers were blown after further inspection.They also fail to mention that they dont accept returns of more than $100 until after you pay and its printed on the receipt....like that helps.I decided to take my company truck to Performance Auto Sound on S First St. They are more expensive but do the job right and dont cut corners. They told me that they had to pull out all wiring from Audio King as they had wires from the amp going to multiple different locations that wasnt needed. They told me that they would expect something being wired like that from someone installing an amp themselves, never would have thought it came from a business that makes their money installing stereo equipment for a living.If you want something cheap and dont care that you will be going back to get it fixed multiple times, then by all means go to Audio King. If you want it done right and might spend a little more money, go to Performance Auto or another place that actually knows what they are doing.

I like audio King! They always help me with figuring out what I need and work with what I want. Theyre patient and friendly! There are cheaper places but I come here because I trust their work. They know what theyre doing!

Great prices and service

I lost my wallet at their parking lot when applying for a job. I went home two hours later only to find it missing, I was so scared and very sad because I had a lots in it like my cards and I.D. I knew it was gone but I looked anyway. Went to the Walmart then the car dealership with no luck. My last stop was the Audio King & Tinting. I new it wouldn’t be there but I had to try.... I walked in and to my surprise the counter person grabbed something under his desk and it was my black wallet. I was so happy to see it even though I had no money to give( why I was looking for a job) I felt bad and told them I would give feedback about how if they found and promptly gave my wallet back that there customers were taken care of too. So to the customers don’t worry about your belongings because Audio King and Tinting have your best interest. Thanks very very much.

Theyve done excellent on every tint job Ive taken to them. Honest on prices up front and have never had scheduling issues.

These guys know their stuff and stand behind their products.Had an issue with a light bulb stopped in 5 minutes till closing and they stayed an hour and a half later as we tested and found out the cause.😎Definitely above and beyond

They did ok at best on my tint. But customer beware of their installers do a total hack job. I had to redo everything they did. Paid $900 for a deck and waiting 7.5 hours driving home noticed the back speakers didnt work and they didnt install the mic for the Bluetooth. Called was told to swing back by. I live an hour away!! Went back in waited another 4 hours only to have them say that it is normal. Weird thing is they were working when I brought it in before the install. Sat there for another hour comes to find out theres an integration harness needed which I told them in the beginning but was told it was not needed. They said they would order it and someone would call me the following Monday to let me know when it would be in. That was a month ago. I guess they get paid and all customer service goes out the window. Sense then I have rewired the head unit and all speakers work as designed.

Quoted me three different prices, ended up spending $175.00 more than I could afford (was prepared to pay- per previous quotes). And I dont speak Spanish Id appreciate it if they spoke in a language I can understand having to spend so much money! Very displeased with tge whole thing. Im taking my business elsewhere

My first trip to Audio King was less than a year ago. I purchased an audio equipment, a bundle to be more specific. Speakers and an amplifier. I also got my windows tinted.I paid about 450$. I had a good conversation with the salesman, they took down my contact info, email, and address. They disposed of the packaging for all of my products and provided me an 8.5 x 11 inch receipt with a general description of what i had purchased. Everything went well on the visit.Approximately 9 months later, my speaker system started to shutdown, the amplifier would blink red. I called in about the return policy and the employee who answered said he was not sure and that I needed to contact the owner when he was in.I took the equipment in and they took a brief look and told me the amplifier they had sold me went bad. The gentleman who sold me the equipment was there speaking with me as well. I asked if I could be helped and they requested the 9 month old receipt. I proceeded to ask if they could find me in their system with all of the info i gave them. The response was NO, our system is and older setup and can only save up to two months of receipts. I asked about a warranty exchange, they refused. I asked if i could purchase another amp and they were very hesitant to help me. If you go here, save your receipt. Lesson learned.

Went to Audio King and got a Stereo, Amp, Sub, Car alarm, and Tinted windows. Where do I start?The Stereo was not installed properly and sits crooked in the mount, literally the most basic and simple task for a store built around audio in cars. The alarm goes out if water touches it but they have apparently never heard of that happening and wanted to set up a time to have me bring it in and charge me once again. The tint started to completely peel off on the second day and I had to make an appointment where I sat for two hours so they could fix it.I have now had multiple people mention similar problems with their vehicle when they take it there.So in summary: Snail pace service, very poor craftsmanship if you can even call it craftsmanship at all, sketchy customer service at best. Don’t go.

Honest Review, opinion and advice.Id like to start off with the word of caution. Make sure you inquire about their refund / return policies before you make any purchases. The fine print will not be laid out until you have made a purchase and then by then most likely it will be too late. No refunds on purchases over $100 or after 3 days of purchase date and any items that have been installed even if it was by them!!, which makes the receipt pretty much useless even though they ask for it when you try to return something.Make sure you know exactly what it is youre looking for before you even think about walking in. They cannot distinguish the difference between warranty and guarantee. The salesman will tell you that they guarantee their work but if it doesnt come out right or what they guaranteed then they change their word. Then they will say the only way they can exchange something is if it malfunctioned or isnt working properly, which my friends isnt a guarantee, thats a warranty provided not buy them but by the manufacturer of the product they sell.5 hours later they let me listen to it keep in mind every system sounds better inside a shop and when the vehicle is stopped. noticed the bass was peaking out at a very low volume level and declined as I put the volume up to the point where it just sounded like a regular stock stereo with no system so I decided to add another speaker when I got home and adjust the amplifier which is where the satisfaction begins.As I removed the back seats this was installed in the backseat of a crew cab pickup I noticed that they do not make any base for the amplifier or other equipment they add to sit on. They drill holes straight into your firewall so you can see the tips of the screws sticking out the back of the cab. When I took out the two screws holding up The amplifier there were an additional two holes pre drilled where someone had a clearly messed up left unsealed and hidden under the amplifier when it was mounted up leaving it and the electrical components exposed to any moisture or water from outside of the vehicle which could have caused major problems not to mention the power cable runs right under those holes so vehicle fuses and sensors could have also been blown if it remained unnoticed, good thing I didnt go to the car wash before I did.When I unmounted the amplifier and inspected it the settings were off balance and also noticed that it only had one speaker outlet which means I would have had to buy another amplifier and cross it with this one in order to put in a second speaker even though I told the salesman I planned on adding another speaker later on. Rather than buying another one channel amplifier for the additional speaker I was adding and adding to the mess I went and bought another two channel amplifier took down the one they sold me, sealed up the holes they made, made a mount for the amplifier and equalizer and installed it, leaving me with a 400 dollar amp Im not using...Also had to re run the wiring. The power cable was taped to the RCAs which is a big No-No Darcy a send the signal from the stereo to amplifier and pick up the signals or frequency given off by electricity which is in the power wire. Thats a no then sounds like a loud whining noise or static through the subwoofers.When all was said and done what should have costed me about $850 ended up costing me $1,300 after everything was corrected, fixed and the right equipment was installed plus the five hours that I didnt want to spend doing this which is why I paid them.I was in a hurry lol I would have been better off ordering off Amazon and reading multiple honest reviews over one persons perspective or opinion. Lesson learned,lack of patience can be expensive. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone if they want work done on their vehicles. I guess its okay if youre going for a specific item but other than that Id stay away. If you do decide to go make sure you inspect their work to make sure things are up to your standards dont go by their words.

VERY VERY VERY BAD AT INSTALLING STEREOS AND AMPS I PAYED 450 DOLLARS FOR SOMEONE TO DRILL 4 HOLES AND USE ONLY TWO SCREWS ON MY FIREWALL AND WHEN I WENT BACK I FOUND OUT THERE IS NO REFUNDS OVER 100 DOLLARS AND MY WINDOWS GOT TINTED THEN THE NEXT DAY IT WAS PEELING OFF FELT LIKE SOMEONE HAD SPRAY PAINTED MY WINDOWS HONESTLY VERY DISSAPOINTED AND I ALSO WAITED 4 HOURS.

I had a bad experience with radio king I went for an alarm for my truck and I had problems with the alarm the control did not work I took them twice a week or later The activation lights do not turn on the remote start total failure q for everything I spent like 600 dollars check the wiring and all loose, no screwed, no more tied with a plastic clamp of the ones that are pulled tied to the iron of the pedal, maybe I had bad luck, I did not just leave my comment, you make your decisions

The truth is I do not recommend very bad service late and nothing professional, I took my GMC Sierra truck to install a Stereo, amplifier and horns, it took a long time and they left the door panels wrong, apart from the panel sounding too much like it was broken They also charged more than 1000 for speakers and facilities, thats why I do not recommend half a star.
