The people in the shop were super helpful. When they called their manager to get approval to replace a defective item i purchased there he was super unreasonable and didnt care to help at all! It was piece of bong that hold a cooling gel craked from washing it in hot water by hand, after soaking in solution. Seemed to be to busy doing something else then caring about managing the store and helping customers..

When I first walked into Smoke Its I was immediately impressed by what I saw. They have an awesome and impressive amount of high quality pieces in stock. The prices are great and right where they should be, if not below! Josh was very knowledgeable of the brands and styles that they had in stock and helped me find a gorgeous new piece, right in my price point that I absolutely love and honestly couldnt be happier with. Good selection of hardware and juices. Didnt care for the house juice selection except for one recipe but theyre better than several other house juice mixes Ive had so they got that going for them - just dont taste as great after half a tank and they have similar after tastes that remind me of a more chemical-y, like if Smaeties had a noticeable artificial flavor profile on top of the sweetness. But they have mainstream juices as well so no worries if youre looking for well known juice.

I went in because i was having issues with my Mod. The owner, Brandon, was very helpful and patient with me and helped me fix the problem rather than try to get me to purchase a new device. The staff here are always so pleasant and helpful.

Great people and great store!UPDATE MAY 07, 2018My husband came in here around 420 and bought an e-nail. The person suggested a bong to purchase. Stated it was compatible with unit he was buying. Two days later my bong is broken. It broke right around where the e- nail sits on the small bong. I came in to talk to someone about my broken bong and to try to get some information about the correct type of dabbing bong. The salesman advised me that whom ever sold that bong for the e-nail was wrong and that it was anything but compatible and way too small. While giving me some advice, turned out the guy with the wrong information was the OWNER. Im tired of not getting the treatment I deserve as a CUSTOMER and Im looked at more like a $$$$$ sign. Never going back.

I had ordered a product that had been discontinued from another maker but this shop had it in stock and plenty of it so a few days passed after I ordered and I didnt hear anything on my order but was the weekend so I needed to wait a few working days but I called Brandon and he was so f-ing cool gave me updated on my order told me the exactly day it would ship and answered all my worrisome questions what a cool guy so I give 5stars for this store and owner brandon he will listen to the customer and help in any way even if its just to say Im running behind but at least he did try to help and make me and you feel like a valued customer thanks a lot Brandon and smokits...#1

This is hands down the best headshop in the Yakima area. Everytime I go in Im greeted with smiles. Theyre all about the service. If you arent having a good time they arent. I choose NOT to shop here due to thiet lack of salesmanship attentiveness .Truthfully alot if import glass and low end wanna-be American pieces .Id rather support a local glass artist (easily found on IG)

EDIT2: I went back to this review to raise it a bit because while some things are a little expensive this is easily the best shop glass wise in Yakima. They have a great selection and lots of cool stuff even besides glass. The only stuff I find a little overpriced is the vape stuff but they are matching with most other shops in yakima like the vape stop. Also technically the exploding vapes could just as easily be a manufacturer issue even though I received 2 that blew up from here ive also gotten defective merchandise from other stores that melted down worse.Overpriced stuff but good salesman so theyll get you to buy it most likely dont buy Vapes from here Ive gotten 2 from them that almost burnt my house downEdit: Yeah I didnt call the store the second one burnt up on christmas day and I Didnt want to deal with the shop or warranty and it went in the trash. Both issues were reported to their manufacturers
