I went to Yakima Shipping yesterday after work I was already running late and it was hot. I wanted to ship a package off to my niece in Portland. I went to the Ship Shop with a bag full of stuff The employees were all so kind and helpful . Chris Smith helped me with offering a box to send my package in and boxing it for me. I didnt realize I didnt have a zip code for my destination and they were helpful in getting that info. I was very pleased at my experience. Thanks guys. I completely recommend Yakima Ship Shop. Also they have a great selection of local items that make great gifts. Love it.

They would not accept to return a package or give any solutions. Would never use them again.Revised edit 3:03pmI am currently at FedEx ground and they received the package just fine. Again pretty poor customer service and have used this company many times to ship out products.I would recommend that if anyone use them they are better off handling the issue themselves as they gave pretty poor customer service and would never use them again for any of my future shipping needs.

Best shop in town. I’ve used their computers to print shipping labels and other documents, dropped off packages to return to amazon and other vendors, used their notary services, and have purchased some cool merchandise from local businesses and I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone here is always super helpful and go above and beyond on the service. I’ve visited other courier shops and they make me feel like I’m a bother to them. Stop using other shops and come here.

The Shipping Shop has the best customer service ever!! Fast, friendly & efficient! I love that I can stop in on the fly to grab some local items or just some fresh flowers. Thanks for hanging in there for us during COVID!

I was here twice on 12/18. Not surprised to see all the 5-star ratings here, and I feel obliged to contribute! My 11 year old son was with me and also remarked on their excellent customer service. I am hard of hearing and read lips and both employees that helped me were super patient and helpful! One even helped me to re-pack a box that I packed wrong...and reimbursed me for the wrong sized box I purchased. Quite frankly the BEST customer service we have received ANYWHERE in Yakima...so impressed with this little shop and I will definitely be returning. I didnt realize that they also sell local crafts - which is a huge plus!

The attendee at the Yakima Shipping Shop was fantastic. I came in with a large pile of miscellaneous documents I needed to scan. Assuming I would be here for the next hour scanning these to myself I was pleasantly surprised when she said she would do it for me! She took the time to go above and beyond what was expected, and did her best to scan the documents in a way that would make it easy for labeling afterward. I had a package that needed to go out and when I called to ask what time UPS picked up, she said they were there. I told her I would be in as soon as I was done feeding my daughter in the car. The gal on the phone offered to come out and get it so I could stay in the car with my daughter and also get the package out that day. Amazing customer service!! I won’t go anywhere else now! I was so happy to find this neighborhood shipping store (and more!). They have ups drop off and usps services and lots of great packaging solutions from plain ol cardboard to Birthday themed shipping materials. Ive gotten some really cute Avanti cards there too. Always friendly and helpful and the store is well laid out and welcoming. Plus, personally, I love to support businesses that are closed on Sundays!
