The line gets long but the women who work here are awesome. Deanna (I think?) Sets aside used boxes so you dont always have to pay for a brand new box!

We are moving to yakima from colorado,,,,we had gone to the usps store to get a po box for the transition,,,same terrible attitude and service as every other usps facility,,,called UPS STORE and got a hold of Vicky,,what a breath of fresh air,,,helped us get set up with a smile and a genuine great attitude,,,the whole staff here is friendly and helpful,,,these must be the people that usps doesnt hire because they believe in customer service...

I had an amazon return of a gift worth $10. The amazon return process did not state the item needed to be boxed so I didnt think to bring a box. I had to drive 30 min to get here. When I walked in the woman was rude and said I needed to purchase a box or bag for at least $3. I was not willing to do that so she deleted my return. She didnt offer to print the label so I could take it home and put it back in the original amazon box. I hate amazon returns and I hate using the ups store. They have never been helpful! As the photo of the return option clearly states, the customer does not need to package the item for return.

This place is so rude. 1st time here my envelope wouldn’t stay closed. I asked for a piece of tape and they charged me a dollar. This time they said my amazon return needed to be in a box. I asked if I could have one of the many used amazon boxes they had lying on the floor. She looked at me and said no. But you can buy an envelope for $2. Where is the customer service. So sad. Walking to my car I saw them throw all those boxes in the dumpster.....

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Service was really bad. I didn’t have a label but my box was packaged and all I needed was 2 quotes on different delivery options ... well apparently this was asking for too much.Don’t bother coming here unless you really have to and are looking for bad attitude.

Horrible experience, needed a notary service, made a reservation online, had a confirmation number, checked my father out of the nursing home and waited in line to get in the door. Was then told they would not perform a notary despite the reservation and confirmation number. She could have done it but said she didnt want to. Left an 80 year old man on a walker hanging and sent him packing. Will never use again.

Just had HEAVY band saw delivered to our house. Michael unloaded and transported to our work shop by himself. What a fine representative for your business. I hope you appreciate him as much as we do.

If I could I would give this location zero stars. Absolutely ridiculous. I called to ask them why my packages were delivered to the store and not my house. The lady on the phone was rude as hell and condescending saying stuff like “you do realize it is snowing”. Yes I realize it is snowing but it isn’t my responsibility to come down and get my packages because you and your drivers are too lazy to do their jobs. Am I getting paid for it.now and to end it all she hung up on me. Never in my life. No class or and definitely no respect. If you don’t like your job then find something else to do but to be rude to customers is not cool.

I don’t come here unless I absolutely have to. There is one employee here who is so rude! And she always seems to be the one who helps me. The carriers are super nice but man that lady at the counter, awful.

Just needed a few extra photo invitations printed and cut. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the price was great!
