Our car broke down 130 miles from home at 11:45pm just east of it on hwy 12. Mark responded to my call promptly, Andrew the tow truck operator called me to get the location. He came from Yakima across Hwy 12 almost to I5 and had me and the car home by 4:30 am. Very quick and professional service

I had to work with this towing company to help my nephew get a vehicle out of impound. They were very accommodating and willing to help us get all the things we needed in order. The gentleman on the phone, who I had to speak with several times was very professional and polite. I had felt like part of the family by the time this was all settled! Thank you VERY much!

Called to get a tow from my home, women told me to send pictures. Sent pictures and no call back, I then called and asked if she received pictures and she said yes but was to busy to respond, said they would call later. No return call. If this is your way of doing business, sad!

Absolutely fantastic. Stuck on highway 12 and multiple tow companies told us we were on our own. Then I called Action. Took my call seriously and got to me in the middle of nowhere in less then a hour. Also Joe is the best tow truck driver ever! Funny and helpful in a real time of need!

Action Towing came to my need when others could not. I was being told I would have to wait on the highway for 3-4 hours.Action Towing came to my rescue in less than an hour. I had a truck and trailer combination. They sent out two trucks at the same time and both my truck and trailer left the highway at the same time. They stored my trailer at their yard until my truck was serviced and ready to roll. The owner and the driver were very professional and extremely pleasant. I had my work van break down east of Yakima and they sent Joe out to haul my van 167 miles to Tacoma, Washington. He was kind enough to let me travel with him back home despite COVID 19. Joe was the most pleasant and courteous young man. I was expecting the worst ride and received the best. He took great care with my Transit van and delivered it right to my front door since it was late and the dealer was closed. I would highly recommend this company.

Rapid response and professional service. The driver Joe towed my truck and trailer safely and took me and my Beagle to a motel then towed us again to a repair shop. I am glad it was Action Towing!

I had to have my truck towed to a repair shop. I called three towing services, but Action Towing was the only one to call me right back. The operator, Shawn, got my truck loaded in short order, and was super friendly and professional. Customer service seems to be a lost concept these days—but not with Action Towing. Action Towing just SAVED us last night. My daughters car blew 2 tires in the Cascades up at a campground 40 miles west of Yakima. We have AAA and had called them about 6pm. They said they should be there by 8pm. At 10:30pm my daughter called and hadnt seen nor heard from anyone as she sat in the parking lot of the Clear Lake day use Park. My wife called AAA to ask what was up and they said they couldnt find anyone to come tow them to Yakima. They said the best they found was someone to come tomorrow morning (today). I got on the internet (from Seattle) and did quick research. Action Towing stood out quickly with 5 star reviews (having saved other folks from bad situations). I called them and got an immediate answer and better yet they said they could help. It was a long day for them, but instead of calling it a night they went above and beyond by helping tow my daughter to safety. THANK YOU Action Towing. The tow truck driver that responded for my roadside assistance on sat Jan 20, 2018 at 8.30 pm. Was extremely friendly, professional. Had me back on road fast. Arrived sooner than I was told. All around nice man. He had left dinner table to assist me. THANK YOU ACTION TOWING.

Do not recommend. BEWARE. Very disappointed in this company. My SUV was impounded I came to pick it up a few days later, a tow truck pulling a vehicle out sideswiped and broke out my windows. The owner claimed he would help me has it on video Blah Blah Blah well 10 months later I had to go through my insurance because I was not getting anything from him or the other company that did it in his yard!! They should be liable & not charged me because my SUV was totaled. I may have gotten a settlement however now my insurance rates way higher! Screw this place.

Zack helped pull my car out of the ditch last Friday. It was super icy and snowy, so lots of cars in the ditch that day. He arrived soon after my roadside assistance contacted Action Towing. Zack was very friendly and helpful! I was out of the ditch in no time and back on the road. I hope I never slide into a ditch again, but if I do, Ill call Zack at Action Towing!

I had 2 tires blow out coming out of the pass on Hwy 410. Called Action towing.They made my day. The dispatcher had the driver call me within 10 minutes to schedule the pick up. I called them and the lady who helped me had excellent customer service, she gave me exact time wait which was not very long, and the cost. Yes I am very happy with this place of business and would recommend.

I had a bad experience at first however the owner is AMAZING and is taking care of the situation by having someone come help a different day,he was very careing and sympathetic and very very affordable! Will use this company many more times I dont think you could get better customer service in this area.

Even though i didnt inquire their services due to the wait time, customer service over the phone was great. Called to request someone to unlock my car for me & the girl on the other side of the phone was very nice about providing information to me. Wait time was longer than I thought due to bad weather conditions, which I understood.

Mark Williams at Action Towing saved us not once, but twice! We called him on a Friday night at nearly 10pm - he not only answered the call but safely took our disabled boat/trailer into the Les Schwab in Selah. The following day we needed to have the boat and trailer moved again. Mark was still available and moved the boat and trailer to Valley Marine on a Saturday on his day off! Im very grateful to Action Towing and would recommend them for anyone, would absolutely use them again and appreciate all their help!
