Late post. . Thank you Steve Hahns for being there when I totaled my car. My salesman Manny was so helpful. He helped me with my gap insurance claim he helped me get a new car with a better interest rate. Also love the car so fun.The only thing I am disappointed with is the service department and not having kia techs in on weekends but they do work around my schedule when we can make it work.

Even though i worked all night and drove 2 hours to get there, the service guy was kind enough to get me a loaner car. Thankfully he did so i could get coffee an do a few things and check out the town. I was running off of 5 hours of sleep plus working all night, i needed the caffeine. Thank you. I probably would have fallen asleep on the salesfloor waiting for my baby to get her 40k service.
Shame on you Steve Han Volkswagen for wanting to charge me $125 to reset my radio code after a battery change . When all you needed to do was tell me the code and serial number is in the spare tire compartment. Greed was more Is important than saving a customer

I love my Volkswagen, but I wouldnt buy another from Steve Hahn. We initial came in as Costco customers, werent given Costco preferred pricing, the manager signed off on selling us a model package that (unbeknownst to us) isnt offered and because of that, they delivered a vehicle that wasnt what we agreed to purchase (they had it shipped in for us). It took threatening to bring the vehicle back, along with several calls to our bank and Costco before Steve Hahn decided to help us and 20 days later actually provide us with car we wanted to buy in the beginning, at the prices were should have been quoted. Not a great experience but will give them 2 stars because we like the product they eventually sold us.

I wanted to give a shout out to Trent in the service department. He has been excellent to work with on my car. I was recently in for 40,000 mile check up and ended up getting all new tires all the way around. I had been complaining about my seat belt on my driver side not retracting properly for probably the last 20,000 miles or so at least. Every time I came in they said nope it’s working perfectly and then I will go to get in my car and no it wasn’t. I have bought many cars through your dealership and I’ve always had good experiences. Trent listened to me and actually had them replace the mechanism to retract the seatbelt and now it works perfectly. So I would really like to say that he’s fantastic to work with in the service department and goes the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of properly. Thanks Trent! When my fuel injection system failed on my TDI, I knew it would be thousands of dollars to replace. Their service manager Trent saw that all the repairs were covered on under an extended warranty and called me several times a week with updates. He gave me a breakdown of the root cause of the failure and was very thorough about everything. Awesome service!

This is definately the place to go to buy a new or pre owned vehicle. There are many great salesman who are very knowledgeable. Stop in and take a look around you wont be disappointed.
