Alan Cottrill is supposed to be our home owners insurance representative, yet he can not return a single phone call. I am refinancing our house and needed an insurance binder our lender was requesting. After several tries and messages to reach Alan he told our lender he doesn’t get paid to do that. This was the only hold up for our refinance. It was a 5 minute job that he could not be bothered to do. We will be shopping for an insurance provider that provided better customer service.

This guy never returned any phone calls I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for a while he raised our rates and never told us anything this guy should be fired he will be reported too

Worst service Ive ever experienced. Does not return calls after repeated messages. I was warned about this agent but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Bad decision on my part. Not sure how he stays in business.

Every time I have an issue Alan is sure to help out always going above and beyond to make sure my family is taken care of. I highly recommend Alan for any ones insurance needs.

Love this guy! Suddenly alone, starting life over again, having to get home and auto insurance was an unknown territory for me. He hooked me up with great insurance, reasonable price.
