I have been with State Farm ever since I got my drivers license (30+ years ago). I have enjoyed working with Tracie Hodgson (office manager) throughout the years. When my house was broken into (twice) and when I was in a car accident, Tracie was able to answer my questions and guide me through the process of submitting my claims. She is professional and friendly (I even get a yearly happy birthday message from her :) ). If I have questions about policies, she is able to answer them. My family liked Tracie so much that when our original State Farm Insurance Agent retired (or got promoted - cant remember), we actually followed her to Linda Roths State Farm, whom we have been with (and happy with) ever since.

We experienced 2 major claims on our Class A RV Coach within weeks of each other; the first was an attempted break in which nearly destroyed our door. It turned out tone a special order. The second was a punctured windshield by apiece of gravel. On both claims Sarah, Jessica, and Tracy worked diligently while enduring our calls and questions. These ladies are great. We have been State Farm customers for over 50 years in several cities across the country and they are first class!

If someone asks who to see about insurance, I tell them to get a hold of Linda Roth State Farm and talk to Tracie. Linda Roth and her staff are always there to take care of my insurance needs. I usually talk to Tracie who is very easy to talk to. She has always made sure that my family has the coverage we need. Over the years, I have changed, cancelled, added coverage on cars, houses, and drivers. I have called Tracie up and was given an estimate on coverage options. I then tell her what I want and its done. I have had a couple claims over the 30 plus years I have been with State Farm, and Tracie has been there to give me a claim number, advice, answer questions, and then followed up afterwards to make sure I was taken care of. Hi. You guys did great. I got a rental the same day, the car was taken to the body shop the same day. The hardest part was waiting for the paperwork to send back so I can buy a new car. But thats just legal and mailing stuff. No control over that.
