I have nothing but good things to say about them. When I first called they were able to get out and and set the first trap the next day. Cody was the we worked with, and he was great and always willing to answer any questions I had. I also spoke with Jessica a few times and she was just as helpful. We had the work done to fix our porch today. It was done really well, the person that came was nice and work was done really quick! I attached a picture of the work that was done. It looks great, and I am glad no more groundhogs will be getting under my porch. Great company!

Do not hire this company if you expect professionalism and accountability — they do not deliver. I still have a rodent problem in my crawl space despite hiring them to catch/remove rodents and seal off the house. While Cody was timely and professional, their admin staff was not. Jessica is especially impolite and accusatory for issues caused by her poor scheduling. Multiple times, she sent unannounced technicians to the house during normal work hours when nobody was home. If she had made any effort to let me know in advance those visits could have been accommodated — instead she threw blame at me for not being home. She also failed twice to send a technician to confirmed appointments when I took time off work. Rebecca the “Senior Office Executive” was equally short, unapologetic, and unhelpful when she was brought in. Due to all the miscommunication, this company refused to remove the traps and dead animals and claimed my invoice was due despite not completing their contract. (They just deleted the part that said they would remove traps/animals.) What I am left with is removing the dead animals and traps myself (see photo) after paying them just over $5000 to do it. What was the actual point? They made no attempt to right the situation. No apology. No responsibility for a job not done. All this and this morning, I woke up to the sound of a rodent in my ceiling! The house is not sealed. Buyer beware.

We contacted Advanced Wildlife Management to assist us with bat removal. Cody came and inspected our situation (bats living behind the corner of our siding), developed a clear plan to resolve our issue, and followed through with the plan. Cody was very knowledgeable about the best way to handle our situation under the legal protection that bats have. Cody did the work of sealing up openings, and putting in a one-way door for remaining bats to exit. Billing was straight-forward and the payment process was easy to accomplish electronically. At present, we are thankful that we appear to be bat-free.

We had a bat problem in our log home which has no attic. Cody from Advanced Wildlife Management installed a way for the bats to get out and not get back in. After a few weeks he came back and permanently sealed the areas around the roof ridge cap and thoroughly inspected for other areas a bat might enter. We are very satisfied with Cody’s work and take comfort in knowing there is a lifetime guarantee. We have seen no bats in the house since Cody did the work.

I had an issue with squirrels who had moved into my attic. They helped trap them and remove them, and secured any potential entryways so that they would be unable to move back in. They also repaired a damaged area of soffit. Highly recommend!

Cody and the team are excellent, showed up on time, looked over the problem we were having with raccoons and put a plan together to take care of the problem. I had one great experience, most recent included miscommunication, set up appointment was told on appointment day one was never set up. Traps set up without customer options given until invoiced for service. I requested to have them look for any animals in attic and paid for that service, later found I was charged for traps that was not included in what I already paid or explained the traps at time of service.I was told and email was explained these service options after I paid.

Everyone we dealt with on the phone was wonderful. Cody came out, and he was so great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any and all of my questions. He also completely took care of our raccoon problem. Even though we had a tricky situation, he made sure he found every last one of them. Hopefully we arent in this situation again, but if we are, we will definitely be calling Advanced Wildlife Management.

First class company from the girls in the office to the field technicians. We spotted groundhogs in our back yard and living under our deck. Cody and crew came out and trapped a groundhog and racoons. Then they installed a barrier around our deck to prevent future troubles AND guaranteed animals would not get back in. Bought a house with squirrels in the soffets. Advanced Wildlife was responsive, quick to visit the house, assess the situation and provide an estimate along with why certain work needed to be accomplished. Effective, humane, and they get the job done without hassling the customer or causing damage to the home. I found Cody particularly astute in animal behavior, and saw him use that in his strategy. Dedicated and friendly. I would indeed hire them again, but, I dont have any more squirrels...that should persuade you to give them a call.

Advanced wildlife technician Mike Muir came out to help me get rid of a skunk. I called five different wildlife removal services and Advanced had the best price by far. The caged animal was removed quickly without any spraying accidents! Mike was able to remove the animal under very stressful conditions “rude neighbor”. I was extremely happy with how fast these guys took care of the raccoons entering our house through the chimney. Cody C came out quickly, was professional and respectful, and came back to check and empty the trap every few days until we were sure no more raccoons were in the chimney, and the cap was secure so they couldnt get in again. We were hit by the Memorial Day tornadoes, and ever since then we’ve heard animals in the attic. One day we found a bat in the house, so we assumed we had at bat infestation. Cody came out and and inspected everything for us. Turns out the bat must’ve just been a crazy incident, because he found evidence of flying squirrels instead. Cody has been extremely patient and diligent in helping us find the source, and catching the animals. He has been so wonderful working with us, and our contractor. We definitely were not a typical job, considering we were in the middle of repairing all the damage from the trees falling on our home from the tornado. Cody‘s been stopping by checking our traps every week, and making sure our carpenters didn’t miss anything. Cody will be installing different preventative measures around our home now that all of the tornado repairs have been completed. We definitely will have a great peace of mind knowing our house will be flying squirrel free!!!

I have recently had a bird nesting infestation in the rafters of my patio. The birds would find the smallest openings and setup giant nests. Out of all the companies I contacted for squirrel removal, Advanced Wildlife Management had the most straightforward pricing. Cody arrived when he said he would and did a thorough inspection. When he left I felt confident the issue was taken care of. Repairs were made at the time of the inspection and a trap set. Advanced Wildlife Management came out to take care of a pest problem... bats in the attic.Cody assessed the scope of the problem and proposed a line of action to remedy the problem.A few weeks later Jared came out to prevent the bats from entering the attic. Every ingress was sealed up and one-way egress was left for about a month to allow the bats to exit.Today was clean-up day. These bats made a massive mess. Thankfully Jared was up to the task. All the ceiling tiles and insulation in the foyer had to be replaced. Jared did a great job cleaning the guano and then sanitizing everything.The sanitizing part is particularly appreciated.Thank you Cody and Jared.

Cody set the traps based on the highest area of activity in the yard and explained the habits of moles and their territory. He checked the traps consistently, and let us know what he found each time. I would definitely recommend their services!

This company is pretty shady. They use random residential addresses as their business locations and wont change the addresses even when contacted about it on multiple occasions. Its hard to trust a company that wont even post a real address. Is there a catfish show for businesses? Maybe they could find the dingy apartment Advanced Wildlife is hiding in and force them to repent of their deceptive ways.

I tried calling every animal control place around to find a reasonable price and one with good reviews to help get squirrels out of my mothers house. This place seemed to be the one so I attempted to give them a try but they never showed up to the appointment. I started to research this company more and realized that they had been open for several years and just in the last few months theyve gotten 115 reviews out of their 127 as of today, very fishy. Then i dug farther and noticed that a lot of there own staff wrote the reviews. I will be submitting this information to the Better Business Bureau and Google for fraudulent activity. Chris Obanion is listed on the BBB site as the owner and you can do a facebook search of his friends and look at the fake reviews yourself. Please do your homework folks and find someone else!!!

I saw a bat in my chimney and was terrified there was a colony further up. Chris came out and did an inspection and, thankfully, saw no evidence of more. He was WONDERFUL!! Advanced Wildlife Management responded quickly to our call!! Candace OKelly was polite, informative and helped make sure our needs were met in a timely manner!!! We will use Advanced Wildlife Management again if needed!!

We had been dealing with a raccoon situation at our home for months. Upon calling advanced wildlife management, I spoke to Candace who was able to appropriately send out someone to take care of our situation and I could not be more thankful!

Cody did a great job w my little raccoon problem. His quote was reasonable and he started work right away. He caught one the first night and kept a trap attached to the roof of my garage for a week to make sure here were no more unwanted occupants. After assuring there were no more, he sent a team to tear out all the damage and clean the garage. Nasty job, and I was happy to pay not to do this myself. Then they sprayed twice w something to keep them from coming back. They filled the entry holes until we could get permanent repairs made. There has been no recurrence but if I ever have this issue again I will call Cody right away!

My husband and I bought our house and at final inspection found that a critter was in our attic making a mess. We called Advanced Wildlife, talked to Cody Castle and was assured they could take care of the matter. And that they did. They found that a raccoon had made several nests and had flattened out the insulation. The entrance was repaired and the raccoon couldnt get back in. All insulation was removed, the attic was fogged and sanitized and new insulation was blown in. Cody and members of his team did a great job. Fast and efficient. We would definitely recommend them.
