Had an appointment scheduled a week out for a 9am. He said he can come to my home never said I needed the car to be parked in a garage. He calls the day of my appointment at 9am saying if it’s not parked in a garage he can’t do it! Unprofessional, he should have been communicated that to me and it shows he wasn’t even on his way if he’s calling me at 9am asking for the address he has to come to! Now I had to find another company which I should have just done in the first place instead of going with this person! Do not recommend if you want a professional experience go to a shop!

If i could give this guy 0 stars I would. Put the wrong tint shade on my car, and i have a high reason to believe he scratched my window without telling me. STAY AWAY. Unprofessional guy, terrible service.

Terrible expierence that I got on my car. First they messed up my rear window tints. There are bubbles and its peeling off. He said hed come by and fix it and its been two weeks and i havent heard a word from him. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, their quality is terrible.

If I could I would give this guys a 0 stars, poor customer service and horrible job quality. Went in the first time and got the tints done when I picked up my car and the windows were filled with bubblesand edges were cut too short. I waited a whole week before calling him for it. He told me to bring it back in and he will redo it. Brought it in and had him work on it again, when I went to pick up the car he was gone and left my car with the key inside it and the tints now looking even worse then the first time. Scratched and bubbles all over the windows. Call him again this time for a simple refund, which he agreed to as long as he can remove the tints. I said thats fine. Next day texts me that his “boss” told him he cant give me a refund that he has to keep trying to make it perfect. Absolutly insane, he thinks that I have the time to come to him every 3 days for retinting because he is unable to do his job properly. STAY AWAY!

I had windows tinted on my car and all but two windows are ok . He came back to retint the two windows and they still are not correct. I called him a 3rd time and he scheduled a time and date to come back . No call no show so I called again and he scheduled another time and date to come . No call no show . Now he’s not answering all I would have expected was for him to return my call, even if he couldn’t make the repairs to my satisfaction . For $240 I would really recommend taking your vehicle to a professional shop . I have dust and dirt stuck in between the glass and tint and it also looks like my glass is scratched from creases in the tint . I’m out of $240 but lesson learned I will get them redone at a professional window tinting company. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE . Try at your own risk !!!! I should have really should’ve paid attention to the reviews.

He burnt the plastic trim around my window after refusing to take off the tints after messing them up the first two times. I just wanted him to take them off so I can get them done somewhere else without having to pay for the removal of his poor quality job. Jon insisted I take the car back to him so that he can try to apply the tint better one more time and I regret giving him that chance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Window tinting done today. Nice job, friendly owner.Price is reasonable.But cash only.FYI: Make sure you have cash before arrival. otherwise, CVS ATM charge you USD4 Fees for USD80 quick cash. So, If you need over USD160++ cash, You have to pay the fees 3 times.Get that in mind, go get cash first or buy something then ask cashier cash back.

Had a appointment. And never showed up, and the made me feel like it was my fault because I didnt answer my phone. WE HAD TIME. I will not re recommend this service to any of my friends

I had my Ford Focus windows tinted and he gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was completed. When I saw my car I knew that I made a great choice. The cars windows looked great and was treated with professionalism. It has been about a year and the windows have no flaws whatsoever. I highly recommend First Choice Window Tinting.

Very unprofessional and over booking on top of my appointment. Why have an appointment if you have 4 other vehicles ahead of me. When questioned John stated “don’t blame me”. Not worth the my time.

Jon has tinted all of my vehicles at a very reasonable price. I wont take my vehicle to anyone else. He really knows his stuff and has a great eye for detail.

Jonny might tint out of out garage so u might have to uber around hands down can tint any window flawless no matter how curved the windows are im just sick of all these window tinting companies taking all the easy flat window calling them selfs the best if there was a competition between the tint companies in the Wyoming area jonny would win hands down ! Oh by the way eat a big one revolution.

Had made an appointment for them to come to house and tint my truck windows. No Call and No Show! I had a missed call next day!

I got my car windows tinted about a month ago my rear windshield still had bubbles 2 days after it was done i had it parked in the sun so i decided to call and the owner said it was normal that i had to wait another day so i was like ok i will do then i asked him what about if dont go away can i call you back, he said no no need because they will go away and till todays day theyr still there i was disappointed because he had assured me i had lifetime warranty.

Really great tint job at a reasonable price.

Dude is a joke, damaged the car, scratched the windows, scratched the tint, re-did the tint 3 times and refused to take off the tint and ended up damaging the car more.
