Fantastic job! The guys had to work in brutal heat on a very old and very large tree right up against our shed. They managed to clear everything and left the yard looking like they had never even been there!

We have used Arborilogical Services for many years. They deep root feed trees on our property twice a year, trim trees when necessary, and in this case removed a large pine tree that had died. As usual they arrived on time on the date specified, spent the day removing the tree, and returned the next day to grind the stump. This firm has never failed to provide great service.

Weve used them twice. The 2nd time, the estimate seemed a little high, so I got an estimate from someone else, but that was even higher. Arborilogical did a great job both times, and it was worth the price. Professional, knowledgeable, and worth it! Our live oaks are in much better shape now. A+

Dr. Greg Church was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us several treatment options for our trees. He was honest with us and did not try to sell us services we didn’t need. He was very professional and kind to work with. I highly recommend using this company for all your tree services. They are amazing!!

Estimate was provided in a timely manner and was reasonable but not cheap. . Appointment was quite a ways out (6 weeks). But, we requested to be informed of any cancellations and they were able to move us up a couple of weeks.The workers were thorough and careful. They did not damage any of or plants, decorative maples or property (roof, fences). They did a very good job cleaning up too.We will use them again. Most of our tree trimming has to be done using rope rigs and I would not want to hire anyone else.

Bens crew did an outstanding job trimming my Red Oak and Bradford Pear. The objective was to retain shade yet protect the roof, clear the street as per city requirements, and keep the trees healthy. The trees look beautiful and the shade was retained as desired. The Bradford is old and had suffered storm damage, with poor little amputated stumps and now looks like a true tree! I am truly happy with the results and recommend this company wholeheartedly.

We have been very impressed with Arborilogical Services. We used them for two different jobs. One was trimming our mature oak trees last year and this time removing two tall bushes that covered our front porch. They did a great job on both. They offer suggestions on how to prevent our tress from splitting. They have good communication and always respond in a timely manner.

We had Bryan come out to our house and look at a large oak tree that we were having issues with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful providing specific instructions and suggestions. We would gladly recommend this company.

Do not use them! Worst public relations ever..I use to recommend them to everyone! They trimmed my neighbors tree and my air conditioner shorted out shortly after they left. Fresh leaves were found around the air conditioner with the control panel on the ground. The repairman has to readjust the unit on the pad.I left 5 messages and 1 email on a Friday and Monday with no return phone call. It was 102 outside and we had no air. Sadly all I wanted was for them to pay the $75 service to get it fixed.They also left my yard with degree in it but my neighbor who paid for the service was spotless.DO NOT USE THEM

Have used them for over 20 years! I would not have anyone else touch my trees, which are healthy and well cared for. They will send an certified arborist out at no charge. They will assess your trees and give you an estimate based on amount of work and time spent. They will be more expensive than a so-called Tree Service that knows nothing about pruning trees, and tree health. Maintaining the health of your trees needs to have the same attention as maintaining your own personal health. Arborists and Arborilogical Services will tell you what needs to be done. They will not over prune, canape, or cut off healthy limbs to make your tree look bonsaid. Tree services are ruining the trees in Dallas County. Your tree is worth $20,000 to your property value. They deserve the best. Also, I find my trees dont need pruning as often when done by these guys.

I contacted Arborilogical Services initially because I wanted to have two trees trimmed. I also asked for advice about the continuing care of those trees and was given what I believe was a very knowledgeable assessment and practical recommendations. While I had not originally asked about the Crepe Myrtles in my front beds, the Arborist observed that they were in poor condition and recommended a treatment with a fertilizer and insecticide to improve their health. He also recommended a fertilizer program for my Sweet Gum. The crew that trimmed my trees arrived on time and were very efficient in performing the work. They completely cleaned up the trimmings and hauled them away. I am a completely satisfied customer who would not hesitate to recommend Arborilogical Services to anyone. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous, efficient -- an all around positive experience.

Always excellent, courteous, and professional service. Have been using them for more than 15 years. Knowledgeable. Keep our trees healthy and fertilized. Manage mistletoe infection in couple of cedar elms. If you want your trees to have long lives, call these professionals (and stay away from those cheap fly-by-nights driving by in a pickup with a chainsaw.)

These guys were referred to me by a friend and the price and service was great. I had 2 trees removed. The crew was on time and cleaned up my property nicely. The quoted price was the best by far that I received out of 3 other arborists. Highly recommend.

Spent $120 for someone to come out for 10 minutes and tell me that they are not sure what’s wrong and they may or may not know how to fix it. The cost of the treatment that may or may not work is another $300 to $500........but nothing is guaranteed.

Outstanding, they used an air-spad so workers could add drainage to the retaining wall. The best part was I told the City of Allen about your services, and all of a sudden work was performed.

Great work by everyone we came in contact with!! It was an easy experience from the initial phone call. We needed a tree taken down after a storm.

Early Saturday morning our large Hackberry tree fell on our house. We called Arborilogical Services and although the offices were closed, we were given the option to leave a message for emergencies and did so. Almost immediately, we got a return call from Sherry. Even in the rain, she came out to assess the damage and determine if a crew needed to come out immediately. It was obvious that Sherry’s main concern was us and whether the tree would do any further damage to the house In addition to giving us the quote we requested, she hand sawed a limb resting against our window because she was concerned it might break the window if another storm or wind came. She did this at no charge and without knowing whether we would ultimately choose them to do the work. Sherry then followed up with a final estimate and proposed schedule to remove the tree. The estimate was very fair, but most importantly, Sherry’s professionalism, genuine concern for us, and willingness to go above and beyond to protect our home is what made us decide to go with Arborilogical. We need more Sherrys in the world.

I was having some serious problems with a 300 ft. row of tree sized Photinias on my property as well as some other tree related issues. Arborilogical Services not only does top notch tree work, they will leave your property cleaner than you left it and even cut up all of the limbs, trunks, etc. into firewood and stack it for you. If you have trouble getting a response, its only because they are in such high demand. I cannot recommend Steve and his company highly enough. I and my trees love them!

ASI has provided excellent service and follow through for our neighborhood. At our request, their local rep Bryan came and checked a tree we were concerned about. He diagnosed the issue, suggesting that we take a wait and see approach. Several weeks later, un-requested, he made a special trip back to confirm the health of the tree. Great service! Our thanks to Bryan and ASI. This is he type of great service we have grown to expect from this company.

I love these guys! They stayed in contact with me the whole time they were here--confirming branches to be cut, discussing options, etc. They chipped everything they cut and my yard looks GREAT! Not only do the trees look awesome, but the yard is cleaner than it was when they began.The cuts were so professionally made that you can hardly see where they were made. Added bonus: they are fun to watch. Those guys are so skilled at climbing, throwing ropes, and cutting. Its like a circus act! Its not surprising they have lots of award-winning climbers on their team.Ill never use anyone other than Arborilogical Services for my tree care.

I sent my information on their website and I was contacted within 24 hours and had a certified arborist out to my place to give me an estimate and to help me come up with the best possible plan for my trees. I contacted them via their websites contact form on 8/19/17. I received an email on Monday 8/21/17 thanking me for using their email request line...and asking me to please call during normal business hours. Mondays are hectic, and by Wednesday I called back. I was told that someone would be out to look at my trees either on 8/23/17 or 8/25/17, and let me know what was going on. My live oak just started turning brown, and I have a small magnolia that lost all of its leaves and has been looking bad for awhile. The live oak was the more time sensitive request, and it sits right in the middle of my front yard.Now its 8/31/17. I called again today to ask for an update. I was told they sent someone out on 8/23/17, but there were no notes regarding that visit. I was told a message would be sent to the person that came out to visit, asking her to fill in her notes and get in touch with me by email. That phone call was about 7 hours ago now. Going to look for someone else to look at my tree.Very disappointed because they only reason I went with them was because they were endorsed by Neil Sperry.

This company (Arborilogical Services, Inc.) was cutting limbs in my next door neighbors very large Live Oak tree this morning. While in my home, I heard a very loud bang and loud crash on my homes roof. I went outside to investigate and was shocked to see an enormous Live Oak limb on my roof, and, dangling within feet from my living room side original lead glass 1936 windows. I was surprised the limb did not take my chimney out, and the window(s) together. They cut this large limb from the upper trunk without (if any) proper restraint(s), and the limb came crashing down onto my home. They have printed on the side of their truck...The Tree Care Experts...... but I believe no tree expert would have cut a very large (and heavy) tree limb without proper restraint and precautions (emphasis added) with regard to surrounding homeowners property.Before this company started this tree work, I was assured they were experienced by my neighbor, that this company would take extra special precautions as to the safety of my roof, and they would be notified as to my request. I believed this. On the morning this company arrived, I made a further effort to request further precautions from the workers from any limbs potentially hitting my home, roof, etc. and it was represented by the tree company that they would protect my home from any falling limbs. Something like....oh yes...... we will, oh yes...... Well, that never happened, and they exposed my home to potential serious damage from not taking reasonable and prudent precautions as I believe any other tree business would. I even had to contact the Highland Park, Texas police to report the incident, and, because one of the workers looked right at me (as the limb was dangling on my roof and onto the side of my home) and tried to tell and convince me the limb was not on my home). Wow!....as if I were some stupid individual. It really made me question the integrity of the worker(s) and trust. Even as I were talking to the Highland Park police, this companys workers were dragging very large limbs across the neighbors roof. I could only cringe!In my own opinion (and as a homeowner who takes very good care of his home), I have witnessed nothing but careless work by this tree company, and careless disrespect towards my property. In my opinion, I would never (emphasis added) recommend them to anyone. Good luck.

Since 1981, we have used one company to take care of the needs of our landscape design firm, Arborilogical Services. You will not regret calling them.

Ive used Arborilogical Services for years. I live in an area with big trees so having a reliable service is paramount to me. They have trained arborists who are employees, not sales people, who will come out and look at problems and offer suggestions. My experience with them (over 15 years) has been exceptional. I would not trust anyone else with my trees. I have used other reputable national tree services but AS is locally owned and operated. They are more responsive and easy to do business with.By the way, if someone comes out to trim trees and tries to canopy a tree other than a live oak or prunes more than 15% of the folliage, you are not dealing with an arborist. Trees are valuable assests to your property. Dont risk them to someone who owns a chain saw.

I WAS an established customer. I was interested in having a tree removed and replacing it. I could not get them to return emails or phone calls to schedule the job. Finally gave up. Very mysterious and disappointing treatment of a customer.

The crew came out and cut the tree and was supposed to grind the stump also but the stump they just bury in ground. Will update again with pictures.
