Can’t say any thing but great things about Jaco deer processing!! They were willing to work around my crazy life schedule, didn’t pressure me into anything and even sent me home with a small sample of his work so I can make a decision on how I wanted him to prep my white tail meat. Being that this was my first personal harvest but not my first encounter with butchers Jaco is quick, budget friendly, skillful and wastes no time turning your harvest into the feast that you were dreaming of when you first saw them walking out of the tree line!!
