The initial cleaning did not go as I had hoped but they offered to make it right and did so by doing a re-clean.

Wow! The Maids of Columbus are a life saver! I am so absolutely pleased with their work. I called them on a Friday in a panic because I was overwhelmed with cleaning my old apartment before my move out date. They responded same day and had me scheduled for Monday! They were on time and very professional. My apartment literally looks better then when I moved in! They were extremely kind and I didn’t feel judged at all of the dirty areas. I would 100% recommend them! It also is a wonderful price for the service and you better believe I’ll be using their services next time I move out! Maybe even when I have family over! The team of four wonderful ladies arrived ahead of time and promptly began cleaning. My partner and I had basicallymoved out last month and didn’t have time to do a proper move out cleaning. These women did an AMAZING job! We felt terrible leaving them two guys bathrooms that were to put it nicely “disgusting” and they ended up sparkling. Probably better than when we moved in. Attention to detail was great. Tops of fans, cupboards, baseboards the cabinets and appliances were spotless. I wasn’t thrilled about the price at first, but as I sit back and reflect it was TOTALLY worth every penny and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you The Maids for making my move out seamless and for helping me get my deposit back in full!

I recently purchased a new home. The previous owners had multiple pets, and prior to moving in I contracted The Maids to do a deep clean. The day of the clean, team Violet (Jessica, Lexus and Carly) showed up on time and did a fantastic job! These girls worked from the time they arrived until we did the walk through at the end. I would hire them again without hesitation.

The quality of the clean was poor. Scum left in the bathtub, dirt and footprints on the kitchen floor, and not everything was dusted. Would not recommend. They offered to return to reclean, but I cant find the time anytime soon with working from home.

This service is not a good value. The deep clean took 2 hours, costing over $425. Dust remained on bookshelves. Spots remained on the kitchen floor. There is now a scratch on our wood kitchen countertop which nobody told us about. The bathrooms were cleaned well, but I will not be using this company again. Too expensive for low quality work.

The “Plum Team”, led by Missy, is amazing! They always arrive when they say they will and do a thorough cleaning every time! They ask me to inspect things before they leave, but I have found it completely unnecessary as they get it right the first time and know all the little details that I ask to be addressed after mentioning it just one time. They are trustworthy and I feel comfortable having them in my home, whether I am present or not. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to always doing a first-rate job!

Ive been a happy and satisfied customer of the Maids of Columbus for several years now. They do a great job. I work at home, and the teams are very professional, yet also friendly and pleasant to have around. Because of changes in my schedule, Ive had a few different teams clean my house, and Im always impressed with them, and happy to see them again. On the recommendation of my very particular sister in Cleveland, I scheduled The Maids for a deep cleaning - a birthday gift to myself!The Scarlet Team, a group of quite personable young women, came on time and cleaned my whole house in about three hours. They did not disappoint. They were professional, thorough, and efficient.I have scheduled them for regular visits, and am pleased that I will be paying no more than I was paying another, less satisfactory service.My only regret is that now my sister can say, I told you so!

My Aqua Team is wonderful! They are kind, helpful and considerate. They love my pups and that helps as they clean. They are very professional and clean my home thoughtfully and completely. I look forward to seeing them! I also like hearing from the company if there are any changes in their arrival.

The apartment is clean (2br 1ba). Was much more expensive than previous company I had hired through groupon. Some of the things I noticed the prior had done for me that exceeded expectations that The Maids did not is dusting inside lamps, tidying, and cleaning inside of windows. Not overly disappointed in that other than it being so much more expensive for less.One disappointment is my computer desk. Seemed to be completely ignored. I have a glass desk and it appears nothing was moved at all or wiped down.

We used The Maids for a move in clean to our new house. The house was left very dirty by the previous occupant and smelled heavily of animal. The place was spotless and smelled great! They even cleaned out the oven! We called on Friday afternoon and they were able to clean Tuesday morning. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company! I will be using them for maintenance cleans in the future, once we are all moved in!

Missy & The Plum Team came today for the second time- & it looks just as amazing as the first.I was at work the first time they came, so it was great meeting Missy, Dani, & Kelly today. Moved to Dublin, OH about a year ago into a wonderful new apartment complex....new apartment complexes mean lots of dust from construction and settling of buildings.Only problem, I have asthma. I right away looked up home cleaning services and luckily found The Maids of Columbus, with services in Dublin.A year later I am still using and extremely pleased with Missy’’s Plum Team of ladies that do an amazing job every other week. The special care they give to removing any and all dust, through special vacs and just hands on wiping down everything keeps my asthma under control. I used the maids for a move in and a move out clean. Our move in clean was exceptional, I didnt realise just how much I needed to have the home cleaned up until after I walked in - the team was on time, professional and just fantastic; I was very impressed. Our move out clean (we had a laundry list of things to do that we gave the ladies) and that is when I had a realization of just how amazing The Maids were. They ticked every one of those items off, wore booties because of the damp carpets, and left my fridge and oven sparkling beyond what I ever could have. I can would highly recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean/move out clean. They truly are worth the cost for peace of mind.

I hired a crew of 4 for a deep cleaning of my house, especially the floors. What I got instead was a group of women who came in, searched through my rooms and cabinets, and essentially cased the place instead of cleaning. I was promised a deep floor clean “on hands and knees” but instead the workers sat around on my furniture and talked. Thank you Nest cameras and I will never use this company again.

The communication is excellent. We have used other cleaning services and had issues with theft. They are very trustworthy. Timely, thorough, price-locked, and they do a great job cleaning. We have used Team Blush/Donna for quite some time now. Highly recommended!

At every appointment I am impressed by how orderly and expertly cleaned my home is left after the ladies visit. However, today I was just impressed by the level of service the team provided me. Upon entering my home I found a note and a crumbled up $10 bill left on my kitchen counter. The note read that the $10 was found in my couch as they were vacuuming and they wanted to ensure it was returned to me. It would have been so easy for the team to pocket the money, but they gave it back. I have always been comfortable with the team and have been given no reason not to trust them. However, this honesty has given me every reason to trust them and enjoy the service even more. I would also like to mention that the office staff has done everything in their power to ensure my hectic scheduling needs are meet. They truly mean they will do whatever it takes to make me happy. I could not speak more highly of my cleaning service.

Team Blush does an excellent job! The Maids utilizes a team approach of 3-4 individuals for each cleaning with each member having specific tasks to perform. This ensures efficiency and greatly reduces the time it takes to clean our home. Since we work from home that is a real plus. There have been a number of staffing changes over the past year but Blush Team Leader Donna always makes sure to give them concise instruction on what needs to be done and checks to ensure that their work is the quality we expect.

We love Missy and the Plum team! They are consistently on time. Their demeanors are pleasant, and most importantly, they clean very well. I would highly recommend this crew.

I wish I had taken before photos of our place before they came. We had moved in very quickly and the place hadnt yet been cleaned by the landlord - MAIDS TO THE RESCUE. Very thorough and fast. Never complains about helping out cleaning up after our bunny. Nobody but one person on a crew speaks English. Sometimes they accidentally unplug things while cleaning electronics.

Coming from someone who had to leave the company(because its a joke) this place is really a rip off. They dont go in and actually do estimations, they do it over the phone. And if they quote two hours over the phone for a house that only takes an hour...they would make us stay and rack the bill up. They do not at all care for their employees. I was out with two pregnant women and we showed up to a house where the dog is NOT allowed to be there due to not being able to handle strangers. As the dog was almost eating threw the blinds to get to us the manger just said well you have the keys and was going to send us in anyways. Clearly we all refused to go in because I was actually scared it would bite us. They dont go by the ten minute policy if we were locked out. They literally ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS. Didnt care how long they left us out because they were out of the office hours before us. Most of the people I worked with were great! But the company and mangers(unless you were a favorite) are a joke.

I have used this company for my home in Dublin for several years. I have always had great results with them and recommend them often. I have a neighbor that has gone through 3 maid services this year, not sure why she doesnt take my advice. Theyre friendly and nice and I always look forward to coming home to my clean place after they have been there.

Let me just start by saying I have never used a cleaning service before. I was hesitant to call one but I had family coming in and really needed the extra help to prepare for their visit. I was initially just going to call around and get some pricing and feel out the whole process. I called The Maids first and got someone within just a few rings. I told her my situation and listed off the spaces I needed cleaned including the areas I really wanted some extra attention to. I was astonished that they came in a crew of 4 people and had everything with them to clean my home. I asked a bunch of questions and probably drove them crazy with how picky I was. However, every question was answered and they made sure to give me all the information I would need to make a decision. The company just seemed so transparent about how they operated that I decided to just go ahead and book the clean. It was for the day before my company arrived and I was nervous about it not going well. I have heard horror stories from many friends. However, my experience has been far from the “norm.” The team showed up during the time frame as promised, they were a team of 4, and had all their cleaning supplies. Oh and did I mention we had about a foot of snow fall over the night and the roads were a total mess. They came right in with smiling faces and got right to work. They worked magic in my home while I was there. I had to leave early to for an appointment and told them how to lock-up when they were finished. When I returned home, I had a surprise at every turn. By surprise, I mean I could not believe how CLEAN everything was and the things they cleaned. I could just spend hours admiring the work these fine ladies did in my home. I have spent all morning referring them to all my co-workers, especially the husbands. What wife wouldn’t want the gift of a clean home! The Maids even spent a few minutes to give me a call the next day just to make sure I was happy with everything, and as you can see I am one very satisfied customer. I cannot wait to call again for another clean!

The Maids has been cleaning my home for 2 or 3 years. I look forward to their arrival every Friday because I am left with a very clean home for the weekend. My visitors think I am a great housekeeper :-). They are hardworking and dependable. I wish I had found them years ago!

Once they left I feel good that my place was cleaned until I started looking around. Yikes the dusting was terrible never moved anything just dusted around. Never moved the kitchen chairs and sweep under the table. 4 people were here less than an hour for $213 and a very poor job. Very disappointed. Still trying to get a refund as promised due to them wanting me to change the date.

She was so thoughtful and a great listener and took the time to make sure she understood my situation. Wonderful service. I was recently sidelined due to an ACL tear in one knee. The Maids have always been excellent, but to have their help at a time like this - allows me to stay as much a part of my ordinary life as possible. I hired the Maids to clean my new condo. The team did a nice job but it was not without flaws. They needed to return to clean a few things they missed, things that were clearly communicated in the initial consultation. The team did, however, come back the same day to finish the cleaning, which was appreciated.

We hired The Maids to clean a vacant property -- the ladies were all very nice but we did have to have them come back out and re clean the kitchen. I paid extra to have the fridge and oven cleaned out. The fridge had stuff in the bottom still and dust/grime still on the top.. oven was just ok as well. The cabinets werent wiped down -- I took a damp paper towel and it still came up dirty. They did come out and re clean everything . . However I almost missed them because they were supposed to call BEFORE they were on their way out there but instead called when they were there. The re-clean was just ok. I gave them three stars because the were very friendly and came back out to correct their mistake.

My (key) cleaner had to leave the states for a few months, so I hired The Maids in late June (2017) to carry on my housecleaning.  I have been using cleaning services for years and years, and got to know over that time the differences between good thorough cleaning, bad cleaning, and everything in between.The first team Maids had sent over was very mediocre - wasnt impressed at all! - so I called my contact at its office and asked for a different team.  The new team was unfortunately not much better, and last week they were finished a lot sooner than expected so right before they left I decided to walk around and check their work more closely. I saw dirty corners, heavy soap scum under the soap dispenser at the main bathroom sink (they must have just cleaned around it!), and dusty surfaces here and there.  I made them re-clean these areas and also had a long talk with them afterwards, explaining my expectations and that this kind of mediocre, semi-cleaning job just wasnt acceptable and hoped that they could do better next time and going forward. I was hopeful, or at least hoped, that the talk/constructive criticism helped.Then I got a call from my contact yesterday. She told me that her team doesnt feel comfortable cleaning my house anymore, and furthermore these individuals and the company feel that my expectations were just too high and impossible to please!  At this point I am more than happy to move on; however, this whole experience - both with the companys reaction and its cleaning staff - has been unpleasant and highly disappointing. Dont think I can ever trust another big (cleaning) franchise again and its big promises, ie, 22-step deep cleaning system!

Nice Touch – The 4-person team is thorough and efficient, getting a lot done in a short time so I can get back to work. This is my second cleaning, and each time, at least one of the maids did something a little extra --this time, just as they were about to leave, one of the maids quickly cleaned the insides of my living and dining room windows, which hadnt been scheduled for cleaning. When I thanked her, she smiled and said, I like windows. Nice touch!!

Very bad work. They did not clean properly and it needed to remind them of the gaps. They were 5 people for 3 hours which is 15 hours and I donot know how much more time would be needed to clean a single family home. I am surprised they are in business. I had 2 people in the past who would clean the house in 2 hours and a def better job than Maids 5 people.

I got a quote from The Maids for a one-time clean for a big party I was having. By the end of the clean I ended up paying almost $100 more than the quote and they stayed way past the time quoted. I would have been okay with this, but they spent the entire time in the upstairs! They spent less than an hour in all of my common areas and clearly did not clean entire rooms -- the ones I really needed done to open up my house to guests.The one bathroom was the cleanest it has ever been, but that combined with the shoddy work in other rooms was VERY sub-par and not even close to worth the crazy price I paid at the end.I will NEVER use this service again. I do NOT recommend it for anyone who has a schedule or a budget they have to stick to.

We have a totally empty house that we needed spiffed up before we put the sign in the yard. My quote was $149 for the first visitWE NEEDED: 2.5 bathrooms cleaned 18 windows and 2 sliding glass doors I also asked that kitchen cabinets be wiped down and drawers wiped out.We had brand new carpet and the rest of the house has wood floors that we just had resurfaced so there was not much else to do.4 women showed up and it took 2.5 hours (10 hours) and they attempted to charge me over $350! The window sils are still filthy the shower head and bathroom fixtures had dust on them They did not wipe down the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom light fixtures were half clean... WHAT DID THESE WOMEN DO?IT WAS AN EMPTY HOUSE!!!!I called and all I got was attitude but they finally called corporate and they took some money off.

The maids is a great company for they are trusting, reliable and eager to always help beyond measures. All my experiences with them have been so thorough.
