Fast paced company, great place to build your resume. Its good for people just graduated from college as there are many activities at a nice location in Worthington. Lack of work/life balance but it has good opportunity to advance. Experience is not very important to the company as there are a lot of training involved. 

Good internal opportunities, a lot of room for growth. They moved me up to trainer position, I get to travel a lot after I got promoted. Benefits are great, but it could be costly. Definitely recommend trying to intern here
