Best Lead gen product on the market

I was not impressed with the functionality of the software and found after trying it out that it wasnt for me. However, when I tried to cancel, I found out I was in a very rigid annual contract. You would think that Seamless.ai might let a customer out who isnt a good fit if they have a good reason. I offered to get myself a replacement so that they could still make money. They agreed to this deal, and I did succeed! I essentially acted as a salesperson for them, got them a new customer who signed up for an annual agreement, and now the company is making double their money all because of my efforts. The result? They went back on their promise to let me out of my contract if I found them a new customer. I feel like I was mistreated, even after bending over backward to help them. A customer should not be expected to act as a salesperson for the company, especially if they are unhappy, to begin with. I am very disappointed in their communication, customer service, and overall business ethics.
