Lots of people, friends and acquaintances including police and highway patrol officers have said that AAA has gone downhill. I didn’t really believe them until I experienced the most incompetent and worst customer service treatment recently. This kind of complete AAA Cluster F@#$ has happen three times now, the first couple times I gave AAA a pass but not anymore!I incurred a double tire blow out from hitting an object on one of the busiest Interstate Highways in the area. I called AAA at 10AM for a tow and I was told it would be about 3 hours, I called back around 1PM and then I was then told it would be about another 2 to 2.5 more hours! Called back again a couple hours later and they said it would be another 2 hours! ALL BS!This is completely unacceptable; I was stranded in in 95 degree weather during a heat wave with no air conditioning (serpentine belt also snapped from hitting the object). I insisted and strongly demanded a tow off the highway! To my disbelief, I was put on extended hold and then hung-up on! I just kept calling back AAA for emergency assistance as much as I could.Finally I received a call back about 30 minutes later from last desperate call I made to AAA which to my dismay, I was told in despite it will now be sometime the following morning before they can tow my car from the side of the Highway! I immediately called a private towing company, my family Attorney and as directed the Highway Patrol, and my Doctor.I was told lie after lie from AAA insolent customer services just to placate me, telling me things like some towing companies cannot drive on freeways and they cannot dispatch a towing company at this time due to COVID as I watched a half dozen tow trucks drive by on the highway while waiting on AAA!Due to bureaucracy this AAA Company has gone from AAA to XXX! I will not be renewing or using AAA Roadside NON-Assistance from this AWFUL and very antediluvian company! I will do my best to tell everyone I know to cancel all services (if you can actual call it a SERVICE!) from AAA via Better Business Bureau, Online Reviews, Social Media, News Outlets, Advertising, Word of Mouth, etc… and all other influences I’m privy to. There are numerous other legitimate roadside assistance companies available today that are so much better than this antiquated, dysfunctional, and highly impaired AAA Company! Good bye and good riddance!
We visited the AAA Worthington office to renew our memberships because the credit card on file had expired. The service was fast and efficient. While there we also picked up some travel books and maps which will be handy while we return to traveling again. A great office with great service and knowledgeable customer service!

The staff was helpful but not overbearing. They answered all of our questions and gave us details that we needed in the future. I am sorry that the branch closed in Upper Arlington. However, I was pleased with the business we conducted at Worthington AAA.

Tabitha found the exact flights on the exact dates we needed. Furthermore Tabitha was good enough to explain that the $30 fee per ticket could be waved if I upgraded my membership to the Premium membership. So I upgraded our membership and saved money. What a good example of great customer service and a win win for all. Thank you Jessica for having a well run branch with well trained staff which have great customer service. I hope other AAA branches can learn from your example.

I’ve had a AAA membership since I was in high school. I let it lapse and finally just renewed a membership for my household. We really wish we hadn’t. We are frustrated, and, when we called for roadside assistance, we’re made to feel like we were being unreasonable for requesting a service currently advertised on the AAA Ohio website.On AAA Ohio website right now, it says “with AAA’s tire service and repair program we’ll quickly safely...fix your flat in just a few minutes...if AAA performed an emergency repair on your vehicle’s tire, we recommend that for your own safety, you have the tire inspected at a AAA approved facility. Simply present your inspection form at a Central Ohio AAA Car Care Plus center where the tire inspection and permanent repair will be completed free of charge.”My husband’s car has a flat. We called requesting tire assistance. We need the tire with a nail in it patched. He was told that they would tow the car to a facility for the tire repair, but the cost of the tire repair is on us. He said that this is not what your website advertises right now. The repair should be free. The person on the phone said that they do not do this. She acted like she didn’t know what website we were looking at.I don’t know what to do when you call for help and are refused the service stated to be included in a membership.Very disappointing.

I went into AAA to get maps and booklets on numerous potential vacations and/or day trip destinations. I was pleased to find exactly what I what looking for and even more. A definite benefit for being an AAA member
Young man who answered the call to my dead battery was very good. He tested the battery and wanted make sure it needed replaced and also that it was actually the battery and not something else. Replaced the battery quickly and was on his way. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask.

Most expensive club membership in Ohio. Other AAA clubs in Ohio are much more affordable. No extra services tied to the membership either, it just costs more. What’s up with that? Also they treat their employees as a number not a person.

I had the worst experience of my life today using AAAs towing. My fiance and I were on the way to breakfast when we got a flat.We called and they said 20 minutes at about 815 in the morning we needed a tow because of a flat. At 835 I got a call saying he was dropping a car and would be there in 10 minutes. At 906 I called back and asked where he was my fiance had to get to work they said 10 more minutes he was at Trabue and 33. I asked if i could have her card and stand in for her that is not their policy and no. I reiterated she had to get to work and they were very late at this point. Had we known we would have left the car walked the 200ft home and got in hers. They had zero empathy and would not make an exception. At 930 I called back and asked to escalate to a supervisor. I was given the same story with zero empathy.9:45 Truck driver shows up wondering whats up because he got dispatched from across town and got a bunch of calls asking how much longer. So either we were lied to or they had to dispatch a second driver because the original...getting another task. Which they never told us.Almost 2 hours of waiting for a original 20 minute estimate, ZERO empathy, ZERO understanding. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANCELING IMMEDIATELY and suggesting all family do the same and just get the towing on their insurance. It may be the same tow companies in the end but my issue was 100% with the AWFUL communication, total lack of empathy, and lack of acknowledgement of their total failure.I gave them 2 stars because for years they had been amazing on every call. Efficient and responsive. If there was something that happened out of their control they could have spoken up instead of trying to cover up. They also could have indicated a little understanding when they are this late make some room for the client.
Excellent customer service! Tried to book a cruise online, but was difficult for what I wanted. Brian B. worked diligently on the phone and got me the 5-day cruise I wanted with the best rate. Then he looked at airline rates for me and my family, and it looked like it was going to cost more than the cruise! After more calls and searching online, he discovered that using 2 one-way flights with different carriers and waiting one day to fly home, would save me a bunch and get me a time slot I wanted.
Keenie helped us book a train trip, she was very personable, and helpful. She worked long and hard to get us what we wanted, and she was a good listener! Sue G.
Leslie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Caribbean/Mexico and all inclusive resorts. We didnt know what we wanted to do and she really gave us a nice variety of places to look at. AAA has always been our family go to travel agent and they have always done a wonderful job.

I was employed with them for a few weeks someone at the job got COVID and they sent us home for a weeks brought us back to the job the training was very unorganized and one of the head to me that he was sick of me and then 1hr later they called an fried me because I wasn’t going to let him talk to me anyway and it had nothing to do with the customer but I wouldn’t tell anyone to work there and they pay also sucks

The woman who helped us was very nice, but she misrepresented the debit card she convinced us to get. We couldnt use it to get money to gamble with in Vegas unless we used it in a high-fee ATM. We told her we wanted to use the card at the casinos cashier cage.
Helen Mayfield was amazing! She provided ideas for my all inclusive adult honeymoon. Then she booked the entire thing - flights and all! She was positive, helpful, and efficient. She made the experience very enjoyable.
I asked for help planning a motor trip through the New England states. I worked with 3 people at different times and am extremely satisfied with their helpfulness and pleasant attitude. The program that they used was most impressive and the materials provided were very complete. Highly recommended.
Ive been AAA member for 39+ years. I decided to take advantage of the discounts I can get when buying insurance. Mike Kelly is AWESOME! My old auto ins company is allowed to age discriminate for drivers over a certain age regardless of a very clean record, so they increased my premium to an unreasonable cost. I got the same coverage thru AAA/Grange via Mike Kelly...nice! I recently downsized from my house of 48+ years to a condo, and Mike was able to give me a good rate on that as well. He answered all of my questions, and I couldnt have gotten better service anywhere else. If you are a AAA member, take advantage of the services they offer; you wont be disappointed.
I have had two encounters with AAA in the last two weeks; one where my van would not start and one where I needed a trip tik and some vacation materials. In both cases, the people that I worked with were extremely helpful and personable. AAA membership is well worth the investment, and then some. Thanks!

I was planning a trip to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and decided to visit the Worthington AAA Office. It was a great decision. The receptionist, Linda, was very professional, pleasant, and informative. I was provided with great advice and plenty of material to plan and execute a wonderful experience.

Took over an hour to renew 1 membership and get 1 new gift membership. Was unable to renew another gift membership. Not sure if this person was new or just incompetent. It took 10 minutes just to figure out how to print a receipt. Person was slouched in the chair laid back. Maybe they need a course on customer service.
I wrote a review on Google and I cannot find it posted here! I have no home internet access and no cell phone and am typing this at a library. I will write a second review here. Teller #2895, Linda Lower was very helpful and efficient in renewing my membership, selling me an Ohio State Fair ticket, and getting me Canton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton Ohio maps. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!
The greeting was great and was told where to seat. The wait was very short and the travel advisor was very good and explained everything that our trip would be. She did an excellant job and gave us all the maps and tour books.We felt very happy about our visit!
I went to AAA to load money onto my AAA debit card. Service was fast and easy. I also asked for maps to Florida and I received them promptly. Ive had AAA for over 30 years and they are always helpful whenever I call them or visit them for maps, etc. This is has been my main office ...I recommend them highly.

Friendly, personal customer service from travel agent Rebecca who assisted me with purchasing theme park tickets in Orlando. She gave me great tips from her own experience and informed me that by visiting the office you get both a AAA discount AND you dont have to pay tax on the tickets..
We found all of the brochures we were looking for. And as we were checking out, we mentioned interest in a type of overseas tour and the representative at the checkout desk was very helpful to find several brochures that will be helpful for us.

I leave 2 stars only because he was fast but when he got here to fix my flat tire and put air in it he didnt ask me any questions he barely even spoke and when I asked him how long do you think the air will go flat in my tire again he told me up to eight hours it has only been a half of an hour and the tire is already flat again Im not trying to say he should have all the answers but had I had known it will go flat at a snap of a finger I wouldve rushed my ass to the nearest firestone. Thanks for nothing.

Im not normally one to post reviews online however I just wanted to share my experience today. I got a flat tire out near the Dublin area. Ten min after my call the service tech showed up. He was extremely polite and helpful. He tried three times to plug the hole in my tire and when that failed he changed the flat. He then helped me return the stuff to my trunk. During the entire experience he was quick but efficient all the while keeping up conversation with me.

I dealt with Lorie Finchler and she was amazing. Answered all our questions and more.After we left with all our necessary information she called later in the day to tell us she found out more info. Then we asked her several other questions which she said she would investigate and get back to us. The next day we received an email from her.It was wonderful working with her. I would definitely would give her an A+.

Never knew this AAA facility was so large! Their staff were very helpful and friendly when we went to pick up our international drivers licenses and theyve got plenty of other travel accessories there for purchase.

I visited the Worthington AAA office this week and they were extremely nice and very quick to give mme a map and tour book. i have alays had good service there. I do wish Worthington office had their own phone numbers...like a main number and the travel store.

If I could give no stars I would. 8/27/16 We call at 9am in the morning because we lock the key in the car while it was still running was told 30min. Hours late and MANY calls someone finally shows up at 2:03pm (mind you the car was running the whole time) the person that came out told us he was a subcontractor for AAA and that the company was just bought by someone and they are trying to save money a have the AAA guys do all the work so they dont have to pay subcontractors. BULLSHIT it took the guy less than 15min. to get in the car, thank god we were not on the side of the road or even had my kids with us. Stop trying to save money and take care of your customers.

DISASTER! I called AAA for a tow to a repair shop that was 8.4 miles away. I was quoted a different price for the towing fees. And the driver picked up my vehicle @ 1:12 pm, TWO hours later my vehicle STILL has not been delivered. After calling AAA I find out that the driver towed my vehicle to a different side of town to help another customer first. You cannot subcontract your tow truck drivers! AAA is a very large company and we have been members for 20 years. But I dont believe that we will be dealing with AAA anymore

I thought staff was not as friendly as previous visits. I usually went to theBethel Rd. location but since its move now find Worhtington closer.The gentleman on the phone was friendly but the two women I had contactwith in the store were not.I give a rating of 2 1/2.

It took a little longer to get in and out with tickets than I was hoping. But very friendly people and they felt bad about the time the system took to print the tickets. Store seems to have everything you might need travel and car related!
