The management company ignored maintenance requests, did not acknowledge or honor previous promotion from prior management company, there was an attempted break in to my apartment and the management company completely disregarded the incident and refused to repair the front window where the attempted break is occurred. I strongly recommend researching other apartment communities before renting from Worthington Ridge with the management company of Burlington. Take care and be careful.

The WORST customer service! Not only does the complex not alert their tenets of any serious issues in the complex... they apparently disregard car damages on their property. Just recently a tenet had their window busted into and according to the complex it is NOT THEIR JOB to take any necessary action steps to resolve the issue. Over priced poor quality apartments! DO NOT RENT HERE!

Ive been living at Worthington Ridge Apartments going on 11 years, that in and of itself, tells you everything you need to know! Ive always felt very comfortable here. The location is wonderful. Mostly, my neighbors, the management, and the maintenance men have been great. My diabetes has always been a problem for me until I got an insulin pump, and the staff and neighbors have shown concern and care. I appreciate that. I have enjoyed my time here. How many people say anything remotely close to that, whether they be apartment dwellers or even home owners? - Rick Chaney

Maintence just go into apartments with out office even knowing. no notice 24hours or calls which is in violation of according to 5321.o4 of ohio revised code. electric bills are almost 3 times what they are 1/4 amile from down the street.so, who cares they give you 200 off month rent.the electric company is charging more in that area.i think theres electic probnlems in the neiborhood. and radon i dont think has been tested in apartments for a few years now.

This is a review of the new management that took over, Burlington Capital. I had the unfortunate experience of meeting two employees that work in the front office of Worthington Ridge. They were very unprofessional and openly disrespected me as I was standing next to the back office area. I would not recommend moving here unless you like unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior.

Ive lived here for quite a number of years and its been great. Maintained, quite, and comfortable.

Quiet. Maintenance is excellent. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to live.
