Frank Brunner absolutely ruin my floors and took my money! The floors were so bad, the walls had stain on them, my front porch has stain & Poly on them. I have to pay some one to not only come and try to refurbish my floors but to clean and paint my walls and trim from the horrific job he did. This is going to cost me THOUSANDS!!!

DO NOT USE FRANK BRUNNER TO REFURBISH YOUR HARDWOOD FLOORS. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND HAS NO IDEA HOW TO REFINISH A FLOOR. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY TRUSTING HIM!! HE IS A FAT TALKER WITH NO CLUE. HE RUNS FBI FLOORS. THE FBI SHOULD INVESTIGATE HIM.
