When you need a heavy duty truck awesome place to go

The entire experience was great. Fast in and out. Great truck, drove well.

My company just got defrauded off the down-payment made of 2,500 (longterm truck lease) and 900 (short term rental) by these guys. Dont trust them with the sweet talk at first. I run an Amazon trucking business and we push a lot of volume in a day and failure to do that can result to loosing a truck lane or cancelled contracts overall. I rented and leased from them over the summer to add my capacity. Their trucks kept breaking down and they refused to fix them on time while I had them in the parking lot as agreed. Meanwhile they still wanted to continue charging me weekly. I tried to call and text about the truck being fixed but there was an excuse everytime as to why the mechanic did not fix it. When I returned the trucks they refused with my down-payments (900 + 2500) and tried to forge paperwork. My attorney is looking into it at the moment for illegal practices and falsifying information. Save yourself the trouble and just rent from Ryder or Penske. At least they have some form of decency and dignity.

I do not reccomend spending your time or money here. You need a major credit card to rent a truck. I run my company off of debit and cash making Enterprise impossible to use. I rent a minimum of 3 trucks/day; that equates to alot of lost business for Enterprise. Prices are also on the high end. More than uhaul, ryder, penske and budget. Mr. Lamarche had great customer service. Micheal needs training asap.

The worst place ever to rent a truck they close on the weekends the service the most shity one i saw in my life if u late a 20 min they charge u one more day do not rent there !!!!
